Reviews of local pros in Saugus, Massachusetts

MAS built our stone block wall in Georgetown MA - a difficult hardscaping project with a custom paver landing with granite slabs - all designed by Mark. They were perfectionists and extremely conscientious of their work. Very considerate and clean, and even had fun while they worked! Highly recommend .

When I met Mark, I knew immediately that he was the man for the job! We hired Mark & his team at MAS Landscaping to install a patio with a fire pit. We told Mark what we wanted. He took the time to listen to our thoughts, built the design (drawing), & made incredible suggestions based on his expertise & experience which created a finished product beyond what we expected! Mark also gets his hands dirty & does the work with his team. And, his daily follow up/summary of where we stood at that point was far beyond what we expected as well. A class act with incredible ideas as the project came to life!

If you’re looking for a hardscape project & landscape architectural ideas/work, I highly recommend giving Mark a call!

Mark and the MAS team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial conversation with Mark about my patio redo, it was clear that he is passionate about his work and committed to doing a quality job. The end result did not disappoint. As with any larger project, there were some unanticipated difficulties along the way, but Mark was always communicative, reasonable, and quick to find solutions. These guys know what they're doing and I highly recommend them for hardscaping services.

Mark and the team handle our snow removal at a large scale industrial property where zero tolerance for ice/snow is expected all season long. With MAS under contract, I never need to pick up the phone. The job gets done on time every time with no call backs or complaints for 3+ seasons now. Highly recommend MAS.

I can’t recommend MAS Landscaping highly enough! My husband and I recently moved into a new house, and our yard had become embarrassingly overgrown. From the moment Mark came out to provide an estimate, I knew I could trust him and his team. Not only was the quote he provided extremely reasonable, but he took the time to talk through longer-term options for our space in a pressure-free way. On the day of the yard clean-up, Caesar and Juan did a fantastic job - better than I could have imagined. They went above and beyond, even touching up areas of our sidewalk. I will absolutely be contacting Mark for future projects.

We have been using MAS for years for snow removal. We switched from a large company that was overcharging and under delivering.

MAS Landscaping are extremely reliable and communicate great! The owner is extremely friendly and always checks on the work if he isn’t doing it himself directly. The pricing is always fair and what we agreed to. I highly recommend them!

From the time Mark arrived onsite at my property to when they completed the work, he and his team were extremely professional, considerate, and determined to provide us with top tier quality service.

Mark worked with us continuously to make sure that our retaining wall, granite steps, and paver patio was 100% to our liking. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Additionally, he and his team were timely and considerate of our family at all points throughout the project.

We would highly recommend MAS Landscaping.

MAS Landscaping did an amazing job constructing our paver patio and wall in Salem, MA. The communication was great throughout. Mark and his team really care about their finished product, and I would highly recommend them.

From our first conversation Mark was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I reached out on a Friday, was contacted same day, and landscapers were at our house on Monday! Jaya and her team did excellent work, discussed what we wanted to stay and what we wanted gone, and executed the plan perfectly. We will absolutely be relying on MAS for ongoing seasonal cleanup and recommend their services!!

Thumbs up! 👍 Got a few different quotes on retaining wall and was impressed with Mark's Professionalism. He was finanically reasonable with quality stone and repairs. Excellent smooth business process. Removed old retaining wall around house and replaced with new within 5 days or less. Looks Beautiful, solid and I am very happy with overall outcome. It's nice coming home to an updated sleek look. Ty.

Amazing guy and crew. Highly recommend.

Excellent professionalism and quality work.

These guys were called to deal with the damage after a severe fire at a large apartment building. They work quickly and comprehensively, they follow instructions properly, and they stay focused.

You won't be disappointed. Thanks again, CR Construction! It was great to work with you and to see how you fixed up these serious issues at the building.

Frankie is very honest & is great to work with.

Every McCormick kitchen I walk into is the nicest and most well designed kitchen I’ve seen. Design to delivery, top notch!

We had an incredible experience working with McCormick Kitchens and Baths for our home addition, custom kitchen, bathroom, and wet bar. From the initial design consultation through construction, their team was professional, detail-oriented, and truly committed to quality craftsmanship. Our custom kitchen is absolutely stunning — the cabinetry, layout, and finishes exceeded our expectations. The bathroom design feels like a luxury spa, and the wet bar has become the focal point of our home for entertaining.

Several close friends have used McCormick Kitchens and Baths for both kitchen and bathroom renovations, and every finished space has been exceptional. From design through construction, I have heard nothing but positive feedback about communication and craftsmanship. After visiting the showroom and seeing the materials firsthand, we feel confident they will be our choice if we ever do a home project.

As a local Realtor, I’ve had the opportunity to represent several homes built by McCormick Kitchens, and I’m consistently impressed by the quality and craftsmanship they deliver. Their homes are truly beautiful. thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes, top-of-the-line appliances, and exceptional materials throughout.
The attention to detail in both the build and design is evident from the moment you walk through the door. Buyers and renters are always struck by the level of care, functionality, and elevated style in every space. McCormick Kitchens creates homes that not only look stunning but feel solid, well-built, and timeless.
I’m always confident showing their properties, knowing the quality stands out in today’s market.

I have used Rescigno on both a large scale service panel upgrade with all new kitchen circuits, and for smaller projects like hanging a new ceiling fan. Excellent work and very profesional.

I highly recommend Rescigno Electric for projects big or small.

Best,

Very pleased with the finished project. The house looks great. Leo and his team were a pleasure to work with.

Had our porch done and plan to have the house painted in the spring. Leo was very flexible with the process and we’re happy with the results!
