Reviews of local pros in Saugus, Massachusetts

Anthony & his team were wonderful! They produced quality work & Anthony truly cares that the job is done well. I have already recommended him to my friends.

We have used AMS for numerous remodeling projects. Their prices are fair and the work is done fast. The crew is very knowledgeable and are able to problem solve construction obstacles when the arise, as they often do when remodeling older homes. AMS is the first person I call when I need construction done, and I would recommend AMS to anyone looking to remodel part of their home.

We called AMS to replace a front door and windows. Anthony was very responsive and gave us a quote soon after. Great communication, and job was completed when door/windows came in. They were on time and did a great job. We will definitely use AMS again.

We used AMS for our kitchen remodel. Anthony and his team were super responsive and clearly communicated when they would be coming and what would be going on. Everything was on schedule and the quality of work was excellent. We will be using AMS for future projects and would recommend them to anyone.

Anthony at AMS was by far the best contractor I’ve worked with after having horrible experiences with other contractors in the area Anthony took care of me and help me bring my dream bathroom to life. Will HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I have used AMS Renovations numerous times for my office. They did painting for us, carpet repair, a t.v. mount, have put furniture together, and remodeled BOTH of our office kitchens (new cabinets, etc). Their prices are always fair and the work is outstanding. Anthony is reliable and responsive. So many other contractors are not. It has been refreshing to work with them. HIGHLY recommend.

AMS Renovations is one of the best out there. Everything they touch comes out amazing, they’re trustworthy, get the work done in a timely fashion, and are extremely easy to deal with. If you’re looking for a quality renovation, nobody out there is going to do finish a better project!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Anthony and team were fantastic to work with and I look forward to utilizing again in the future given the responsiveness, quality of work, visibility into the process, budget transparency and locality.

The quote process was incredibly smooth and we were able to start within the week. Every team that came was efficient and respectful, providing high quality work with everything completed on time and on budget. Thank you for helping improve our home!

I was so impressed by Anthony's management of this project. Rob and the rest of his team are true professionals. He was always available to answer questions, offer advice and guide us through the entire project. I have already recommended AMS to several neighbors and will continue to do so!

After shopping around for a reliable contractor, I found AMS, whose bid for my project was very prompt and reasonable. Anthony and the entire AMS team were extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process and I am very satisfied with the skill of their work. The job was completed exactly as they had described and I would certainly recommend them as well as use them again for future projects. Great work!!

AMS Renovations did an amazing job on our bathroom. It came out so gorgeous, even better than we had hoped. One of the best things about this team is how responsive they are. They kept us in the loop the whole time about the next steps, answered all our questions professionally and quickly. They did great work, are clearly great at what they do and prioritized getting the work done for us. They returned texts at all hours, listened to our feedback and made us comfortable throughout the process. We know we got the best bathroom possible. Thank you AMS!

Anthony and his team did a MAJOR renovation project for us, gutting over half of the existing house, adding 2 new bedrooms, a new full bath and renovating existing bath and kitchen. His team, especially Rob and Nick were excellent to work with and did stellar work. Anthony was in close communication with us consistently with updates, questions, and suggestions. Anthony even took care of some items not discussed just because they needed to be done and was even ahead of schedule on this job that we thought would take over 6 months. Great working with Anthony and his team and couldn't be happier in our new house. Thanks AMS!

Great company that takes the proper due diligence putting your dream masterpiece into reality. Anthony and his crew is committed and does great work!

Anthony and his team did a fantastic job for us. They opened up our downstairs living space and relocated a fireplace. In addition Anthony and his team refinished our basement to make it a great space for our family. We were always kept in the loop on the project. Anthony was very responsive and no question was too small to answer. Anthony ensures the work was completed correctly and to our satisfaction. We will certainly be using AMS Renovations for any future house work. Thanks, Anthony and Team!

I hired AMS Renovations to renovate my upstairs floor: level floor joists, new wood floors, remove horse hair plaster walls, insulate/frame/drywall new walls. The final outcome was fantastic. AMS sent me pictures at the end of each day with an update on what happened. You don't get this from any old contractor.

Anthony and his team just completed a complete renovation of my bathroom, and I could not be more pleased! The project came in on time and on budget, and Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, friendly, and efficient. He managed his crew spectacularly. ALWAYS returned phone calls promptly and brought us through a sometimes stressful process with great good humor and excellent guidance and advice. I cannot sing his praises enough! The work is top notch and all the pros who worked here were outstanding. I recommend this company with great enthusiasm, they are the BEST!

Anthony and the team did a fantastic job with the demolition of a "porch" in our back yard that a previous homeowner did a terrible job building. Said previous homeowners basically just walled in the underside of our porch without installing a vapor barrier in the ground, and to add insult to injury the dryer exhaust was venting INTO this room. Needless to say, everything was quite rotten and nasty. Anthony came over and gave me a very reasonable estimate, then once work started everything was sorted within a couple days. They replaced the rim joist and any other rotted wood, re-insulated the underside of the porch and covered it up and cleaned everything up. It's so nice to not have to worry about it anymore, and the quality of the work AMS did is top notch. They really went above and beyond, coming back multiple times to address small issues with door alignment on the porch above. I would absolutely recommend AMS for any kind of renovation you need done.

Anthony and his team just completed a full renovation of our master bathroom and we are very pleased with the finished product. Anthony was great to work with and VERY responsive. He managed the whole project seamlessly. His team and all the subcontractors were a pleasure to work with and all did excellent work. I would highly recommend AMS and we will definitely be using them in the future!

The guys at AMS were great they gave us several options for our renovation which included replacing an old deck for a new bigger one and adding a new 4 season sunroom. Everything came out great and it was just what we wanted. Including mounting a tv to hide all the wires and a few other odd requests. The mantle for the fireplace was custom made for an electric insert we picked. Will definitely fire again.

Fantastic company. Anthony and his team were able to come in and turn a disastrous bathroom into the best room in the house. I really appreciated the importance that Anthony put into communication; any question I had he was ready to answer and I knew if I texted he would call within a minute or two. The team working on the house were fantastic. I joked that I wish I could have tiling emergencies so I could get Sai and his team come to do work on other projects in the house.

I definitely am going to call AMS for more and larger projects around the house.

AMS demolished a full bath with a tub and shower combination and remodeled my space into a gorgeous new space with a glass shower enclosure and beautiful plumbing and electrical fixtures. I would highly recommend Anthony Spiridis and the AMS team. Anthony returned calls immediately and was readily available for consultation during the entire process. His team of carpenters, tile men, plumber, electrician, and painters were excellent in their craftsmanship and were professional and easy to work with. I would not use anyone else for future projects
