If I could leave zero stars I would. I am beyond livid right now. I wanted to use this company as they are local. Colleen said it was a week turnover, after waiting 2 I called and she said "no sorry it's 3". Thats fine. I set up for a delivery. They were supposed to arrive Thursday and I took the day off. After my time frame came and went, Colleen called and said the machine broke. I get it. Stuff happens..but I took the full day off and wasted it for nothing. She said she couldn't come Friday because they were booked, I told her we should be priority since they didn't come. She called Friday, the machine was fixed and she couldn't make it today but would come Sat. She gave me another window which came and went. No one showed up and my plans were canceled. I called Monday and voiced how upset I was. I asked for a discount for the two days I was left without my delivery. Colleen was rude and said "at this point, we have 30 to 40 people ahead of you and can't make it. I think you should find a new company. The owner is not willing to offer any discount". I told her how floored I was and that this was the worst customer service ever. I lost a day of work and plans on the weekend. She started arguing with me and I disconnected the call. Never have I ever been treated this way. Please beware before using this company.

We have utilized Seekonk Tree service over the last 30 years. They provide professional excellent service. Particularly like how Sky listens to his customers and does all he can to make you happy.

Highly rated. Sky showed up to inspect the three (3) 60 ft oak trees that needed to be removed and the stumps ground. He had a quote emailed over in less that 24 hours. The work was completed within a couple weeks of signing the proposal, and the work was done well and in professional manner. I am planning on working with Sky over at Seekonk Tree Service again in the near future, I highly recommend them.

I have had work done in the past by Seekonk Tree but this past experience surprised me. I called for an estimate and I was told they would come between 7-9 A.M. I am not a morning person but got up at 6:45 and waited........and waited. I called at around 11 a.m. and questioned what happened over an answering machine. No one called me back. The next day I called again looking for any excuse so that I could go forward with an estimate and again...... no call back! I am very disappointed and would never do business again with this company.

Great experience. I received quotes from two other local tree services to remove two trees from my yard and while all prices were reasonable, these guys had the lowest due to the machinery they use. Sky was very professional answering all my questions. The crew that came worked hard and did everything as requested in a timely manner.

I recently had Seekonk Tree Service, cut down trees, which were too close to my house and the roof line. They did an excellent job, and were very professional in all areas of the job. I would use them again, and highly recommend their company.

I live in Seekonk. They also do ploughing apparently because they helped me out after a blizzard out of kindness. Extremely impressed, good people.

I had 2 trees taken down and major pruning of a large oak on my property. All I can say is that I’m so pleased with all the work done and would highly recommend to family and friends. The crew works together like a well oiled machine and they explained everything to me in detail as well . The communication with the office was exceptionally good…… any questions I had were addressed in a timely manner and I was kept in the loop regarding changes in schedule due to weather. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Not tree related but definitely good customer service. One of your drivers saw my ex son in law shoveling the plow piles at the end of my driveway. He asked him if he would like him to knock the snow pushed up by plows at the end of the driveway out of the way. Saved him at least an hour's worth of work. Handicapped woman here greatly thanks him

Kia-Leigh and Sky (and the whole crew) did an outstanding job with our tree work. Communication was excellent from start to finish—clear, responsive, and professional. They brought in two cranes and the coordination and effort from the crew was seriously impressive.

The work was completed efficiently and safely, and they left the property clean and tidy when everything was done. It’s obvious they take pride in their work.

I’d absolutely recommend Kia-Leigh, Sky, and the team to anyone looking for high-quality tree work. 10/10 A+

Honest and up front with a plan to take care of my trees. Also I have a quote to Remove a fewTrees and grind the stump that needs to get done, I feel The price is higher than others but the quality will be there!

We had a terrible experience. They sent young inexperienced kids, who smoke on your property and sit on there phones, instead of doing there job. When we brought this to the owner’s attention, we were told “That’s Dave” there is nothing we can do. He does not return calls once he is paid. This man is a thief. He steals from the customer who pay highly for a services he is not providing, while making deals with customers who do illegal business with him. Will never use them again!

Tom Morini the arborist in charge was very knowledgeable about my trees and gave me practical advice about treating them. I had 2 trees taken down and 2 large trees pruned.
He directed the crew efficiently and then they cleaned up like they were never there!
I would definitely recommend them.

Lousy customer service. I had an appointment schedule for a Tuesday after the storm. It was an emergency with a tree leaning n falling towards my house. I called on the day before to confirm my service appointment and was all set. The day of the service, no one showed up or called me whatsoever. 3 days later as I'm writing this review, still no one from Bartlett has called me. My tree, which was an emergency, would have been sitting in my living room right now. I moved on and did my business with another company.
I would not recommend this company.

Chris was very knowledgeable and educated me on how to best care for my trees. He looked at the trees I was concerned with, explained what was going on, and gave me some advice to help them recover. The office staff was pleasant to deal with and they put me on a cancellation list and actually called me back to schedule an earlier appointment. I am all around very satisfied and the consultation was free!
