I am happy I decided to use Bartlett. I have large, old trees that have been serviced by other companies that mainly just cut down trees. Ryan from Bartlett came and walked through the property and answered all my questions and identified some mystery trees. We talked about the multiple species host value of the lightening damaged oak and made a plan to make the tree safe and still provide landscape and habitat benefits. Chris, Matt and James were the crew that handled the work. I couldn't be there when they worked, but everything was cleaned and tidy. I also had a disease treatment on my ancient boxwoods that is saving them from needing to be replaced. A good investment.

The work is done at a summer cottage and generally I am not there. But the place is always left neat and clean, the telephone conversations are helpful and pleasant, and the cedars are still looking good!

From the initial call to the completion of the tree trimming job they were completely professional. The arborists were open and honest. They didn’t try to sell me services that I didn’t need. The crew that worked on my tree were very courteous and professional and very neat. When they were done, it was like they were never here! I will definitely use them again!

I have dealt with Dave Mendell at Bartlett several times. Most recently he came out to evaluate the emerald ash bore infestation in my ash trees.
While there is a treatment available, which is very expensive and I have alot of ash trees he advised me to simply remove the trees due to the fact that he felt the treatment would probably be ineffective. He could have easily taken my money but chose to give me honest advice. Thank you, Dave.

I was pleased with the rapid. response and clean up after the tree removal. I was not pleased with the stump left above ground and thought it would be taken down closer to ground level.

Heritage tree is a great company! Very responsive to phone calls, reasonable price. Veteran owned! Doesn't get better then that!
