The yellow team came through the door and knew exactly what needed to be done. They went to work right away and asked if there was anything else needed doing. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and will definitively recommend them to others.

I would not call what was done at my house a deep clean. I noticed multiple areas where there was still dust/dog hair, that definitely wasn't vacuumed - some furniture was moved, but not all. They also did not use the proper cleaning supplies on my stainless steel appliances, leaving them streaky, nor did they use glass cooktop cleaner on my stovetop, leaving that also streaky.

My husband had earbuds in the case on his desk in our office. The earbud case somehow ended up empty, and one earbud was on the desk under a raised coaster. The other earbud was completely gone. He checked the GPS of the earbud, and it was definitely not in our house. We contacted customer service only to be told that they could replace on earbud, but not both. In order to use the replacement we would have had to go to a Samsung Store (closest is in NYC) or a tech shop and pay an hourly rate to have them paired. Eventually they credited us the cost of the entire pair of earbuds, but it wasn't until after we asked to speak to the owner.

I was also quoted 2 hours for the job to be done. The cleaners took 3 hours and with tip the job ended up costing me $700, which was substantially more than I expected to pay for a less than stellar cleaning.

I would not use this company again.

Do not ever hire this company to come clean your house. We paid $460.00 for a supposed deep clean. The family room was not even touched because the maids ran out of time. When I called to complain I was told this would have been more money. The bathroom floor was not even washed. The furniture was not vaccumed. The bedroom furniture was not dusted. When I turned on my ceiling fan, a bunch of dust fell all over the floor. Do not waste your money with these people. Look elsewhere for cleaning!

Love how my house looks each time they are finished! Areas such as the oven, cabinets, and even under the beds, are spotless! Not to mention, my dog is entertained at the same time and the team is never annoyed by him but instead give him their attention at the same time.

We recently had our rental cleaned. The Maids did a thorough job! Will definitely use again. I greatly appreciated the estimated time to clean, which was fairly close/accurate to what we needed.
