The Maids have been dependable, friendly and communicative. They're open to requests and have gone out of their way to please. They do leave the house sparkling.

The Lime team did a great job at my mom's house, Abigail cleans dream bathrooms that look like a hotel, what professionalism. The girls are also very good.

Gabby and her crew came, they were ready to walk in the door at the minute of the hr.
After i gave them a quick breif of what i needed. Gabby directed the crew where to start. She then walked with me and covered all the bases. The crew killed it! Julia, Kelly and Katina made the neglected home of a disabled veteran feel new again.
My wife and i are extremely pleased and will definitely be returning customers.

Team Blue all the way! The Maids with Amarilys, Dania, and Ivania have given us our home back with such wonderful work. I can’t say enough about the amazing people!

Not enough stars! Not enough adjectives! The BLUE team simply rocks, and my house is clean and happy again...from floors, furniture, nooks and crannies, lampshades, glass in the interior and exterior doors, rugs, appliances, even my stainless steel kitchen trash can...all beautifully SPOTLESS. After a plumbing mishap, resulting in a complete bathroom demolition and rebuild, the house was a complete 'plaster dust' mess... kind of what happens when someone takes a sledgehamer to your walls.
Workers coming and going for the past two months left everything dirty, smelly, and cuttered...but I finally have my clean house back.
It has been a positive and fully satisfying experience with The Maids. Thank you, Ivania, Rosa, and Silvia. 🫶

It’s July 1,2024 and the Blue team just left. They arrived on time and did a great job. This is the first time we have been here this summer. We intend to be here for most of the summer. The ladies of the blue tww e’s am were very nice and did a great job, especially Ivania.. I think she was the only one who spoke English. She was attentive and asked questions if she didn’t understand what we needed to have done. I hope in 4 weeks the Blue team will come back.

Gabby and team did a great job in 2 hours to clean my bathrooms, 2 sets of stairs and second floor living area and kitchen. I was stressed with 2 days before my wedding and hosting the women to get ready, I was able to book with 1 day notice. The team was so friendly and completed exactly what I’d asked - even vacuumed my couches covered in dog fur. I definitely recommend trying the maids of RI and am looking for an excuse to contact them again!

AMAZING 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. They have A+ customer service, they were super helpful and responsive on email before the visit. I needed a deep clean, and I have an old house with baseboards and molding and not a single spot was missed. I also requested ahead of time that they pay extra attention to the particularly dusty and very old radiators, and they look better than they ever have. Plus the glass on my shower doors and french doors are practically sparkling.

I used The Maids and the Team (Lime: Taylor, Lisa, Abigail, and Taylor) did a fantastic job! We have pets, dust bunnies, and generally needed a deep clean and they did a great job. They even found a pair of my eye glasses that I looked everywhere for! Will definitely use their services again!

This is the response I received after receiving significantly less than adequate cleaning. I'd go absolutely anywhere but the Maids. Find a friend to help you clean, take them out for a super expensive dinner as payment and, in my opinion, your house will actually be clean and you'll have spent less money.

Very unhappy with the services by the Maids. I had requested a deep clean prior to my move, and there were multiple areas in various rooms that were not touched (see photos). They failed to vacuum and dust furniture at the basic level for what I requested--a deep, whole-house cleaning.

Highly recommend the Navy team at The Maids. Taylor, Abigail and Alexis thoroughly cleaned our old house before we put it on the market. They did a great job making it look like new again. They were on time and constantly cleaned, getting the work done on time. They listened to what we needed and took the time to do it. I will definitely be reaching out again if I need another cleaning done.

Taylor and the members of her Lime Team were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and started by reviewing what I wanted from the visit to ensure we all had the same expectations. Throughout their visit, they were respectful of my home. During the final walk through I found they had delivered everything I asked for with great care and attention to detail. Definitely a happy return customers.

My Maids Team - Briana, Taylor and Alexis- arrived exactly on time and after introductions went straight to work cleaning my entire house. They were very friendly and dedicated to getting my home spotless! I look forward to seeing them on future maintenance visits!
