Team Lime has been coming to our house for over a year now and they are fantastic. They do an excellent job cleaning our home and they are also excellent people as well. Very respectful of our home as well as our dog (Harry) who also loves the crew! I would and have recommended them to family. It is great to come home on cleaning days to a well cleaned house.

The Maids Blue Team cleaned our rental home in Jamestown, RI on 5/29/25 and did a wonderful job! They arrived on time and were very friendly, efficient and cleaned within the time they specified. We are very happy with this service and plan to use them again.

We have an old home with a lot of quirky spaces and we are still in a semi post renovation phase. Team Lime does a great job and everyone is very friendly and professional. Have our next 3 cleanings booked already.

Disappointing! We have a very small apartment that needed a deep clean before the next tenant moved in. No furniture in the apartment. 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, combo living/dining room and bathroom. Easy, right? Not so fast. I was quoted $249.00 for an hour for a team of 4 to come in to do the job. I was told that an hour was plenty (one team member per room). The team arrived within the window specified. My wife pointed out the trouble areas and stressed what needed to be cleaned in the apartment as a dog was in the apartment previously and we needed any dog hair removed.

The team got to work. After 45 minutes or so we received a text that they needed possibly another half hour or so to finish the job. $124.00 or another $249.00 if it went an additional hour. Wait. What? Small apartment, no furniture, straight forward deep clean. 4 people can't get it done in an hour? We politely declined and was told that they would not have time to clean the counters or clean inside the cabinets or clean one side of the refrigerator. Unacceptable.

The team departed and we went to the apartment to review the work that was done. Dust and hair was still in the window sills, the tracks in the sliders, on top of the window treatments, on the blades of the ceiling fan and under the sink in the bathroom. We were floored.

I emailed The Maids about my disappointment and received a voicemail back from Cameron who asked if I could call him back to discuss. I called back and left him a voicemail. He did not return my call. The next day I called again and left a message. Nobody returned my call. I followed up with another email the following day. Nobody responded. So, here we are over a weeks and a half later and I have not heard back from this company to provide feedback and resolution. We had to re-clean the entire apartment so the new tenant could move in. This is terrible service and disappointing that there was no follow up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

First time customer and wow, did they do a great job! Filled every minute, thorough yet moved at an impressive pace, and excellent communication. This was a full house 3 hr clean and the crew - Team Lime (Lisa, Alexis, and Taylor) - did an amazing job.

We love our Lime Team 🍋👌! They are prompt, thorough, efficient, and friendly. They are even willing to work around our kitty! I think that they have been cleaning our house for almost a year now, and they have consistently done a great job. I should note that the price is also very reasonable, neither exploitative not extortionate. All in all, strongly recommend The Maids and the Lime Team!

Tom and his team did an excellent job! Everything looks clean, professional, and better than expected. Communication was quick, they showed up on time, and the whole process was smooth with no surprises. If you want reliable, high-quality work, I’d definitely recommend them.

Had a patio and wall built by this company. Very poor workmanship! The owner appeared intoxicated one of the days. Wall is falling down and pavers are full of weeds in less than 1 year. They refuse to come out to fix it. Stay clear of them. Take your money elsewhere!

Tom does a great job, he's also very knowledgable and responsive. It's great to have an owner who is hands on with your project and takes pride in his work. Always recommend!

Tom was the only business that got back to us for an estimate out of four we called. He responded quickly and came over the next day. His price was more than fair and he did a great job sodding our whole front yard and hydroseeding. Unfortunately there was torrential rain the next day that washed away much of the sod and seed. Tom came back in two days and re-did the job free of charge. It looks great.I would highly recommend Tom without reservation.

My wife and I contracted Tom to renovate our backyard landscaping which was completed in Spring of 2021. He and his crew did an awesome job and we enjoyed using the space all summer long. Tom built us two fieldstone walls one of which was 50 feet long and 3-1/2 feet tall. He and his crew worked tirelessly. He also installed a large patio and walkway using Unilock pavers. We also had him lay sod instead of seed because we have a dog. Tom purchase plants and trees which he installed and many yards of mulch to complete the transformation. I would highly recommend Tom and his son.

Matt is a pro who does it right. Highly recommended for new lawns, trees and shrubs; seasonal cleanup; hardscape installation; as well as regular maintenance. I've been a customer for decades.

Just finished fall clean up! Great job as usual! I have been a customer for many years and Matt has been there every time I needed him, from leaves to snow!

Sounded very knowledgable and promising, though was a little pushy against what I wanted completed. Money was no object. Said I would get a quote and never heard back. I called and left several messages with no reply. Guess business is so good that they didn't need mine.

I called and left a message to see if someone could provide a quote for a spring clean up. It took a couple days for them to get back to me (which is fine) and someone came over on May 19th in the morning. I guess he was upset that I requested he be on time because he arrived 15 minutes early and didn't look happy. He told my boyfriend he would be back Monday with no specific details. Monday came and went with no contact. I left a message on Monday afternoon and called again on Wednesday. No luck. My boyfriend called and left a message stating we didn't need their services anymore due to the lack of response and professionalism. I received a call back 10 minutes later and when I explained my frustration, was told that the turn-around time for cleanup wasn't two days, the owner didn't tell us that (because I'd make that up??) and he would be providing me with a quote via email if I still wanted it. I confirmed to have a quote emailed to me. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a quote or call back. We ended up buying a large mower to do it ourselves and probably saved money in the end. Don't expect anything from this company if you rub the owner the wrong way, look elsewhere.
