we run an Airbnb in Somerville and Norma is the best cleaner we have had for it hands down. She is professional, reliable, and simply amazing. Airbnb's are tricky because they have a specific time window that they need to be cleaned in with lots of dates being changed and added. All you need is for the cleaner to be late or not come once and you have a total disaster on your hands.
