Problem with an outside tap that was leaking and needed a new tap and partial pipe replacement inside. Responsive and got the job done at a fair price. Very happy. Recently used Paul to install new sink and waste disposal which they did perfectly even though it was not a routine job, and had them in to service a steam boiler and install an automatic water level feeder. I will use them again. Very responsive, good work.

They did a great job at installing a water line in the back of a fridge. They were very responsive, friendly, great a communication, quick at returning phone calls, very kind and explained directions and tips/tricks to me to help maintain the fridge. I highly recommend. Thanks!!!

Prospect Hill Plumbing just finished installing a new water heater and doing an oil to natural gas furnace conversion for us today. They were GREAT! They did everything in two days. The first day they took out the oil tank and furnace and installed the water heater so that we had hot water again by that afternoon. The following day they finished installation of the new natural gas furnace and we came home to a warm house. The installation was done really well, and they completely cleaned up after the work was done. They did a fantastic job for about half the cost of another highly rated Boston area plumbing company. We are really impressed and we'd recommend them to anyone. We will also contact them next time we have a sizable job.

This is by far the sleaziest operation in town. Came over to snake the drain, blew a hole in our pipes and then charged me 1200$ To fix his mistake as water poured through the floors into the basement. Put me in a situation where I had no choice but to agree to this price. What a JOKE! Avoid them at all costs, many many other options out there.

Michael Allen is prompt, reliable, and does good work. I’m happy to pay his price for a plumber I can rely on.

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

I’ve used Michael on at least 10 projects. I’m a contractor and I have never had a problem with his service or price. The reality is that people’s time is worth something, especially on a weekend emergency call.

Dr Daly is a pleasure to meet. She takes time to sit and talk with patients, explaining the treatment plan and any prescriptions required to meet their needs/goals. She contacts her patients with their lab results: she explains “why” they need this plan of care and any medications or other treatment'.

I’ve used Allen Plumbing for over 30 years. Lori is attentive to the office, leaving Michael to do the plumbing. His work has always been impeccable. He recently installed a tankless water system for me that has completely changed how warm my place is. It saved some money also. Plus, Michael has quite the whistle

Dr Daly is an extremely professional, briliant and patient-centred doctor. She is extremely bright and quickly evaluates symptoms, orders appropriate tests to diagnose the problem. Including the patient in treatment options. Often she calls me directly on the phone to discuss results! Last year when I had an urgent medical concern while travelling, she moved mountains to get me quickly to the relevant medical expert. She is also an easy doctor to talk to and she has a great bedside manner.
My husband and I have been patients of hers for many years and wish we could take her to Ireland with us in retirement.

At a dental office we sometimes have emergency plumbing situations that can't wait and we've always been able to rely on Michael Allen to help us out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!

I did not hire this company. I had an issue with a leaky toilet tank. After describing the issue and the remedial steps I had already taken to Michael Allen, he confirmed that what I had done is what he would have done himself. He acknowledged that he did not want to take advantage of me by charging me for a visit for only a few minutes' worth of work. Instead, he walked me through a couple of other actions I could take, and following his steps seemed to resolve my issue. I truly appreciate Michael's honesty and willingness to help.
