My existing heat pump system is from an obscure manufacturer, but Serhii was able to source the correct parts and perform the install. Ahern plumbing came to fix a running kitchen faucet last week. I was so impressed by Chris and his associate. They were timely, courteous and did the job thoroughly. They say that if you're lucky you'll find a partner, a dentist, a lawyer, a plumber, a mechanic, an accountant and a doctor you can trust. I'm happy because now I just need to find the dentist, the lawyer and the accountant and my team will be complete.

Made an appointment to come diagnose and fix my air cond. The scheduled time was 11am to 1pm yesterday. No show, no call, even after I called them 4 times and talked to multiple people, kept saying technician plans to come, he will call. Nothing. Absolutely not professional. Running late is one thing, or if you do not want to take this business, totally fine, just tell me so. But don't make a commitment and just make a fool out of the customer, that is just not acceptable.
