We had a great experience with JSmegal. Our Project Manager, Reece, was professional and friendly. He communicated quickly and clearly, was responsive to my questions, and his team was tight and fast. And the roof looks great! Really first rate, all around.

Reese was our project manager, he showed up on time, communicated perfectly, a gentleman. Ron was also there as he is the most trusted roofer I know. The crew was great a working symphony. Each crew member knew the job they were doing. Worked, cleaned, and did the most professional roofing job I have ever seen. I totally recommend Reese and the crew he had that day.

They are very efficient at replacing a roof. They showed up on the day and time that they said. Everyone on their crew was very polite and professional. They picked up everything around my house. Nice job and thank you.

Josh & Justin did an outstanding job of making repairs to my home’s gutter system

I’m in the process of having a metal roof installed by J Smegal Roofing & Gutters My friend told me about them. If you are considering a “Roofing Expert” these are the “guys” for you! Initially, I dealt with Eric regarding the cost. He explained everything thoroughly and he wasn’t “pushy.” I believe he wanted me to be happy with this major investment. Ian took a video of my roof to show me where the wood had rotted., this helped me to understand the roof issues. Ian and his professional crew are here finishing up the job…I love the roof!

Reece, Jeff, Ian, and the entire team at Smegal did a great job on our recent roof replacement. They were professional, polite, and kept us informed every step of the way, including when they were dealing with some underlying issues once the old shingles were off. JSmegal was extraordinary! First of all, Eric Sciola was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable: it was that first step that made me know I was going to do business with JSmeagal. Then there was Mikey, the project manager: a true professional! He efficiently managed a huge crew that did the job in little over a day and left the worksite clean. Mikey went FAR beyond the extra mile: he installed a roof window where I told him to - I then realized I was wrong - Mikey fixed it - calm and courteous at all times! Then Cliff managed the spray foam insulation: another pro! Job done quickly, cleanly and again, with courtesy. I am grateful, as is my Lenox house to JSmeagal for jobs well done. Couldn't be more pleased with the J Smegal experience. Raul and his team went above and beyond when doing our roof. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They started at about 8am and had to replace 3 sheets of plywood on our roof and all our shingles, they were still able to get the job done in a timely manner.

Not only did they do an exceptional job but they also cleaned our gutters.They went the extra mile with the clean up also.

I would recommend Eric Sciola for the sales professional he is. He explained the assessment and replacement thoroughly. Excellent communicator.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole process. This is the second time we’ve used them, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and definitely will use them again if the need arises. Everyone in the process acts very professionally and the Overseer or foreman that was on site that day, Mikey was awesome. He was very attentive to every detail and very professional.

Roof looks great, great team that came out on the project. Yard was cleaned up amazing, like they were never here. Highly recommended!

We recently had our roof replaced by JSmegal. The team did an amazing job from start to finish (even on an extremely hot day)! Raul was a great project manager, communicating well with us and taking care of his team. We are very pleased with our overall experience and would surely recommend their services!

2 dates on my review.

On 3/21 a tree landed on my house. Next day we were to get rain. Tommee and the crew came up Saturday morning to put the tarp up a few hours before it rained . Tommee let me know he covered an additional hole. Good thing he took the time to check the whole roof rather than check the section the tree landed on. Saved me a lot on potential water damage as we had rain for many days on end. The crew was great and I'm glad I made the right move.

On July 7th after many days of rain it was finally the day to replace the roof. Tommee let me know the plywood had to be replaced. He provided many pictures and I trusted his judgment as I saw myself the wood had to be replaced. With a crew of 6 they got it all done by the end of day. While I was at work my wife and my neighbors noticed how efficient Tommee and the crew worked during the day. They let me know how great they were.

From Bruce getting things started, to Raul and his team finishing the roof it was an incredibly smooth experience. This team is exceptional. As a realtor it’s wonderful to know I can recommend J Smegal to my clients and they will be taken care of with the utmost professionalism and quality work! THANK YOU!!!

We had our new roof installed this week and we couldn’t be happier. Raul and his team arrived on time and in 1 day our roof was completed. The team was polite and worked efficiently throughout the day.
