Morgan arrived on time with a smile. Not much to report other than taking care of your equipment is always the right move. Morgan took his time and shared a positive hvac report and we will hopefully see him again next year!

Amazing service and reasonable rates! My 98-year-old Mom had her central AC shut down in a heat wave and they came out the same day without a surcharge and repaired it in under an hour. Highly recommend!!!

Vincent is great at explaining what you need and why and also what you don't need and why. He is very friendly and will let you know where you can save a buck or two. He is also very thorough.

Had to wait many days before tech came to house. A quick evaluation & quoted $1000 +/- and would have to reschedule because he didn't have the basic recharge tank with him. Felt like a scare tactic. A quick call to another HVAC service and it was recharged that day for $200.

Our experience with Alex and Wayne was excellent. They showed up on time, went straight to work and good the job done in good time. Both are super pleasant and happy to answer questions. Follow up the next day way timely and helpful too. I highly recommend them.

We have had three service calls in the past 6 weeks, plus several hundred dollars for parts, adding up to close to a thousand dollars and still have our heating problem unresolved. We are definitely not pleased.

South Shore is a very organized group. They show up on schedule, send photo of people coming to your home, do a very good job, and for me solved a problem for how to change filter on our new AC from a nightmare to easy. Changing the filter is important, and it was so difficult, my husband and I never did it. Our bad, of course, but now it is easy, moved to vent in hallway from laundry room ceiling above plumbing pipes. So they did a great job on installation of new AC system, then in a follow up meeting we discussed the filter problem, and they came up with a great solution.

They were not the least expensive bid we got, but worth the little bit higher cost.

Brian and Nick performed an expert and clean install and Vincent was instrumental in helping me make the right purchase decision. On-time, knowledgable, friendly and professional. I’m glad I chose South Shore.

William came to our house to give us an estimate on A/C splits. He did an outstanding job. He took his time walking through each room and explained the best placement for each unit. I needed three sets of new refrigerant lines put in on my Fujitsu mini splits. South Shore, I have to say was exceptional in every way. Starting with Will who came by and went over everything with me to the people that answered my questions over the phone and got me in quickly to the actual Service technicians Alex and crew. I've had to call South Shore twice for no heat. Both times were on weekends and the technician arrived within an hour. I would recommend asking for Morgan- he was friendly, explained the problem and the fix and was really efficient!

Wayne did a great job retesting everything and also explaining the AUTO option on the units and the pros and cons of using that format. No one previously did that and it cleared up a big issue that I had been facing.
Walking a client thru the operators manuals while using the remotes would be most beneficial. Explaining how each option works was the solution that solved things for me.

In a time when it's hard to find technicians who know their area of expertise and work in a professional and timely manner, it was a pleasure to to have Brian Pires from South Shore Heating & Cooling repair our system. He clearly knows his job and works quickly and efficiently. I would request him specifically if we needed repair again. I cannot comment on the price as we haven’t gotten a bill yet.
