J&M Pressure was very responsive and I was very pleased with their work to clean gutters on two properties in Spencer and a siding power washing on another. In addition they completed the work on a Sunday because they anticipated the weather being bad the next week. Highly recommend.

I was very happy using this company. They were very professional and explained everything they were going to do as it relates to cleaning the moss off the top of my garage. They showed up when they said they were going to for the quote and for the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The guys cam by the house exactly when they said they would and got right to work! I couldn’t be happier with the job they did and how quickly it was done. My house is around 5000 square feet an all of the gutters were cleaned and emptied in a super efficient manner. Great service, fantastic work and amazing prices what more could you ask for?

Super friendly, hard working guys. Our house was in dire need of a bath, and they scrubbed it down good. Actually looks like a white house again! Some bits of lichen gunk here and there but it was growing for like 10 years so I'd say that's as good as it gets. Our old home looks happy and refreshed!

The before-and-after of them power washing your home is incredible and you’ll find you’ve NEVER seen your house this clean! Don’t forget the gutters- they’re great at gutter cleanings as well.

My former house washer/gutter cleaner company was no longer responding, so I needed a new company to take care of my house, garage and gutters. I am glad I found J&M Pressure LP. Josh and Mike were very responsive, came when they said they would to give me a quote, with a heads up that they were on their way, and were able to do the job within a couple of weeks. My house and garage are now sparkling clean and my gutters removed of gunk. Good guys doing good work.

I have had Butler cleaning take care of cleaning between AirBnB guests a number of times now. The house is always clean, he always arrives on time, and my guests have raved about how good of a job he has done.

I hired him primarily to dust my home - I have a broken wrist. Ended up paying him more to do floors and bathrooms to make it worth his time. Had to call him after his second visit because it looked like the house had not been dusted and I had to redo it all due to house guests coming after a family funeral the day after Butler cleaned. I only knew he had come because the check was gone. We had a nice conversation - I didn't ask for money back or for him to come back and finish the job, just to do better in the future. Recently, on my own, I put in extra money because I had a lot of Christmas decorations to work around. I also always leave treats for him with his check. Again, the same day he came, it was clear that he just kind of loosely dusted around things and skipped a lot of surfaces entirely. I called him, VERY NICELY to talk about giving extra money and hoping a better job would be done. He just said he was "cutting ties" and hung up on me leaving me stuck right before Christmas. He clearly wants to be paid for doing the job of a high school kid being forced by his Mom to do chores before being allowed to go out - with the same kind of attitude.

Aly and Kayla did an excellent job at my house. The job was so good, I asked they come back for my next appointment.

Besides the top cleaning service they provide, the communication from their point person is unreal. Texts so quickly to respond, so on top of everything and extremely accommodating. It’s one of the best customer service functions I’ve ever experienced. Again, the cleaning, is top notch, but not the best part of this company. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Amanda and Stef were amazing! They went above and beyond. I can't wait to have them back again.

This review is to recognize Stef.
She has been the cleaner of the St. Anthony Resort for a while know. I call her my favorite lady. Stef cleans methods are the same as what I would do, if I was doing it myself. She takes her time and gets the job done right the first time. Over the years, I have had many different cleaners from different cleaning companies, however, Stef does not even rate near the others, she gets an A+ in my eyes. If I have a special request, dust under the bureaus as you can see the dust from the other side of the room, I have never seen dust again. My dad made my kitchen table, she knows how special it is and she takes the extra few minutes to make sure it shines every time she is at the house. I could go on and on, as she is the best. Anyone that wants the job done right the first time, ask for Stef.

Had the team over to do some pre-holiday cleaning. They were both warm and professional. They did a thorough job. Just what we needed.

I had Alyson , Danishka , and Kristen as my cleaners and they did An amazing job! I haven’t seen my house this clean since i moved in! Having two kids now cleaning can be put on the back burner but thanks to merry maids of Worcester i now have the help i need ! Thank you ladies so much!!! Can’t wait to see you again!
