I have never used a cleaning service before. My mom is 97 and is not able to do a good job cleaning her house anymore. She refuses to let me help, saying "I can do it". I finally decided to take the bull by the horns and get the service in there in spite of her protests. I am so glad I did. MaidPro did an absolutely wonderful job and her house looks and smells fresh and clean.
The two ladies who came to do the cleaning were friendly and professional, and my mother liked them a lot. The job they did was great! The price is very reasonable, and I will have them come once a month from now on. I am thoroughly satisfied and happy with this service, and after a few objections, my mother is too. Thanks MaidPro.

Anna and Alex were professional and quick, they did a wonderful job, really getting into the nooks and crannies! They also have the patience of saints, dealing with my four year old running around asking them questions every five minutes! I couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend maidpro to friends and family!

Great service! I have been using Maid Pro for 4 months now, and the service has been excellent every single time! I have 4 kids, and so you can imagine how messy my house can get, but every time Maid Pro comes, it looks like we are living in a hotel after they are done (until the kids mess it up again!) They are very consistent, friendly, and thorough! I'm very happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone!

I've used Maidpro in Springfield MA for about 5 yrs now and I am thrilled with my assigned worker's service. She does an excellent job and thankfully does not move my stuff around. She's pleasant and I'm always happy to come home the day she cleans b/c my house smells great.

Alex and Xiomy did a fabulous job with my first cleaning. I have back problems that has prevented me from doing any rigorous cleaning for quite a long time, and so my house was pretty dirty. When I came home from work and saw not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, I almost cried I was so happy. They quite literally cleaned everything. I am one happy customer.

Less than a week until Christmas and Jenny came into a rescheduled cleaning as a sub for me today... and she was fantastic! So friendly and considerate and my house looks and smells so fresh and clean and ready to host a holiday! I am so grateful - thank you Jenny and Maidpro!!

Had my first cleaning and I am very happy! Wanda and Louise were friendly, and efficient. They did a great job!! And honestly I thought it was going to be more expensive but it is very reasonable. To me it's priceless! I'll love my home to be nice and clean but severe back conditions make it very difficult for me to keep up. 😉

We have been using MaidPro for about two years now. Ramona is amazing! We come home to a beautiful clean house. She goes above and beyond and will at times finish the dishes or do other little things. With a one year old at home who is a human mess maker, she is our life saver! Highly, highly recommend!

We have had Millie as our PRO for almost a year now & we wouldn't want anyone else!! Millie does a fantastic job and is always meticulous with the cleaning. Having 4 dogs & 2 people living in our house, things can get dirty very quickly, but Millie gets everything so clean. Thank you Millie for a fabulous job each time you clean our home.

Carla did an excellent job in our kitchen! My husband is an amateur chef and the grease on the cabinet fronts builds up quickly. She brought them back to life and even took multiple passes on the high-trafficked floor to make it shine. We're looking forward to regular visits from Carla!

Today Jenny cleaned my apartment and she did a fantastic job! Being winter my floors are getting tracked with salt and sand and she cleaned them very thoroughly. She did a great job in my bathroom as well. I find Maidpro to be an excellent service. Thanks, Jenny

I LOVE coming home to clean house every Friday. Louise does a phenomenal job each and every time. My daughters love going to their rooms to see what silly thing she has done with their stuffed animals or dolls after cleaning their rooms. She sometimes lets our dog out and of course he loves her too. Thank you for all that you do!
