Companies "Motto" is You need them more than they need you. Personally, I don't conduct business this way. Needed two terminals for a truck that was down. Was told that we had to buy 25 of them to get the two, but wait there was more. We would have to purchase more things we didn't need in order to meet their minimum. We asked if we could have a part number, we were told no because they didn't want to do the "leg work". If you come into our shop and need something to get your vehicle up and running and we don't have it, I would never think to hold the numbers hostage to try to get more money out of you. I would give you the information because I know you will come back if you need something else. It is called customer service. East Coast Terminals is all about the money and could care less about customer service or the Going Above and Beyond for their customers. So no I would never call on them again. One star is too much. Thank you for being an example of what I would never become.

Poorly trained, sloppy work, awful communication.

Serious cultural issues with this company.

Do not use them for any energy audit or retrofit. You will never get a honest answer back, they will lie and delay you for months with false promises that your items have been ordered. With so many other options chose someone else and save yourself the stress of chasing them and being lied to.

Kyle came to my house and installed some lights for me and did a magnificent job. He was very prompt and professional and delivered high quality work. 5 stars ⭐️

Kyle was beyond helpful. I found a home that I had finally got an accepted offer at and he took the time to thoroughly review the entire inspection and give me an estimate on repairs. The company that installed my mini split system used CB electric for the electrical side of the installation. Everything was fine until my dryer outlet stopped working after he came. He ended up coming out two more times. On the second time he never even has a conversation with me. The employee who installed my heating system informs me that the electrician said that it was never hooked up. He asked me if I had any work done and I said only what you guys did. Next thing I know I get a bill in the mail for $1,050. Needless to say I was not understanding what happened. When I speak with him he proceeds to repeat what I was told before. I reiterated that my dryer outlet worked the whole time until this installation. I felt like he was insinuating that I was lying. When I calmly and respectfully pointed that out to him he lost it on me. He started yelling at me that he’ll take care of it and that “you got what you wanted!” and hung up on me. 0/10 I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I'm posting this review to let you know how satisfied my wife and I are with the work you did for us. The new electric panel makes all the difference in what we planned to do and I wanted to say thanks for the suggested upgrade, It's refreshing to work with such a well run company. Thanks again!
