Responsive and met a later in the evening since I had plans and just a solid guy. Had my part and also gave me tips for how to install and anything that could happen. Mr. Tatro and his team arrived pretty much at the established time. They went right to work, were very professional, courteous, and pleasant. They finished all work that had been agreed to and in my opinion went the extra step in cleaning up after themselves.

Brian & crew completed a 100 to 200 amp electrical upgrade along with installing a whole house minisplit/heat pump system (7 minisplits & 2 condensors). Crew was hardworking, professional, and polite.

Brian was very patient in reviewing the entire operational components of the system with us.

The whole job was completed in 2 days, during the very hot July heat wave. Very pleased with the work and the outcome. Would hire Brian again!

Expect to be treated disrespectfully unless you’re a man. When Brian’s team pulled up and almost took down our electrical line with their truck, I stepped outside to kindly warn the driver. He sarcastically and rudely responded, “they’re still on your house, aren’t they?” I confronted the worker about this and of course he did not apologize. When I then confronted the owner (Brian) about this and requested an apology from his worker, he defended him, accused me of being difficult, and told his crew to pack up and leave. He abandoned a 40K job because he refused to hold his staff accountable for disrespect. Avoid at all costs unless you're comfortable welcoming shady and disrespectful people into your home.

Watched one of there drivers today just Road rage behind the wheel. After failing to pull to the side of the road for emergency services. The driver pushed the police car well into the oncoming lane as he was more concerned about giving the middle finger to the driver in front of him. Extremely unprofessional and after reading some reviews it sounds like this company has some serious egos on staff.

Only do commercial work and not helpful.

Great experience from start to finish. Ayman handled our roof, solar, and battery install all in one process and made it super easy. Communication was solid, work came out great, and everything was done on time.

Jordi helped us add solar panels to our roof. He was very helpful, answered our questions in a timely fashion and was always available for us during the process. X47-329. Driver is driving erratically. Cut multiple cars off trying to get on the highway on the mass Pike exit. The car next to me had a jack on his brakes to not rear in the sun run vehicle when he cut him off. You could tell the driver could care less and was texting or something on his phone. Bailey paying attention to the road.

I had a great experience going solar with battery backup, and working with Ayman Amghar made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He’s a great manager who stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. He also helped coordinate the electric panel upgrade, which made things a lot easier on my end. Everything looks amazing and is working perfectly. Highly recommend!

Enough with your rude, unwanted solicitation. Only after I called the EL police department did I found out this is David from Sunrun (and there are multiple complaints about him). After responding to the door, David never identified himself. He instead tried making small talk with my husband (which just came across really sketchy). When asked what he wanted and why he was at our house, he asked my husband to guess why he was at our house! He was promptly told he should leave. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This is who they hire to represent them??? Are you kidding? If you want to be taken seriously, you need to do better than this. I will tell every neighbor to NOT give David the time of day and to avoid this company.

We had an amazing experience working with Ayman, the manager. He made everything extremely easy to understand and walked us through the entire process step by step. His communication was clear, professional, and consistent from start to finish. He truly listened to our needs and made sure everything was handled perfectly.
