Klistenes did an impeccable job painting our home’s interior, updating our bathrooms and fireplace. His response time is within minutes, from setting up an estimate, to the final day of the project. Professional, courteous and punctual. I would highly recommend, and will use DaCosta General again in the future.

Klistenes of DaCosta General Painter is extremely friendly, courteous, personable and professional. After a thorough walk-around of the property, Klistenes explained the work that would be done, made some suggestions concerning the aluminum gutters and basement bulkhead door, and provided me with a detailed quote to paint the exterior of my Cape Cod style home and detached 1-car garage. After accepting the quote, I received an agreement in my email for review and electronic signature. There was a lot of communication back and forth, as Klistenes reported the weather report daily. I was never left in the dark and was informed by Klistenes when the crew would be at the house, and what work they would be performing on any given day. Klistenes started work a week earlier than expected. Of the quotes I received, DaCosta’s was the most detailed, right down to the brand of exterior paint that would be used. Each day, the crew showed up early in the morning and labored into the evening. They pressure washed the house to remove dirt, and then, over a period of several weeks, between rain falls, they sanded, scraped, primed and painted. There was a lot of attention to detail. They even repaired some rotted wood. At the end of each day, my patio space and yard was left clean and clear of paint chips and debris. All in all, it was a very good experience, and I am extremely satisfied with the paint job I received. I will not hesitate to hire DaCosta General Painter for any future painting projects, and highly recommend them to others.

1. Able to take on a task that is unique such as a non standard repair on an old house.
2. Starts early and works consistently till entire job is done.
3. Finishes in time promised.
4. Work looks refined and completed.

Very dependable hard working owner. Klistenes was very professional and priced my project very reasonable. He pays close attention to detail and works very neat, he made sure everything was painted with precision. The crew showed up every day as scheduled. Klistenes was very prompt with communication, making sure I knew when he would be arriving and leaving for the day. He troubleshooted and resolved any issues that came up. Interior and Exterior paint turned out amazing. So happy with my house. I currently rehired Klistenes to start a staining project for my deck. Having DaCosta make exterior repairs to my home was an incredible experience. They were very responsive and did an excellent job repairing an area that had extensive water damage with rotted wood, which is now completely restored. They repaired other exterior areas of my home as well and overall their work exceeded my expectations.

Thanks very much dacosta builder ,klistenes came to my house and fixed a leak water damage 2 year ago , and it happened last month again , he came again and was able to repair my ceiling and fix the problem on my rubber roof where the water leaked was .

Kilestenes and his team took on several small projects for us and did a great job. He installed drywall, prepped a cabinet for a dishwasher, and fixed a support beam. He was efficient, communicative, and cleanly. Happy to use DaCosta Builders again in the future!
