Ryan and one other guy came to clean my traeger pellet grill today. They arrived on time and finished quickly. I couldn’t be happier with how my grill looks. It was very dirty as I had not cleaned it for about 18 months. They were both great guys and I will be calling them again to clean my grill next year. Very pleased with the service I received.

The service from Total Grill was totally excellent! They brought my grill back to life and to another season of great bbq. I had a little hiccup with the grill’s operation shortly after they cleaned it up but they generously came by to quickly take care of it. I’ll be a repeat customer, for sure.

My grill had not been cleaned in 3 years. It was definitely time. Ryan showed up at 730 in the morning like he said, finished in about 2.5/3 hours and my grill looks as close to new as a high usage 3 year grill could. These guys are awesome and a family business. You gotta love that, the punctuality and the quality of work. They also clean my dad’s grill for the last couple of years and do a great job. Highly recommend.

We needed our grill cleaned last minute before we had family coming to town. Ryan responded very quickly and was able to offer a cleaning within a day or so (more time options available for if they come and pick it up and then bring it back within a few days). Competitive pricing compared to other companies I had researched and the service was great! Our grill looks brand new and they delivered it back within the time frame they promised. Would use these guys again for sure!

Total Grill Cleaning were great! My grill is at least 12 years old and this is the first time I have had it cleaned - so they had their work cut out for themselves. Chris and his coworker spent several hours doing a great job working on their own getting it ready for the next 12 years.

They were punctual, professional and did an outstanding job restoring my Weber. I recommend these guys if you’re serious about deep cleaning your grill. It’s basically brand new once they’re done!

Five stars isn’t enough from start to finish Ryan was responsive and picked up the grill and dropped it off the days he said. But most of all my grill looks like it came out of the box. I needed a couple parts replaced (I had the parts) they didn’t hesitate to replace them. If you have a grill and you think you may need a new one think twice and give these guys a call

After a near fire from our grill grease build up, we scheduled a cleaning based on the recommendation from a neighbor. Our grill looks brand new! In the past, we’ve tackled the cleaning ourselves but it is tedious, heavy, and messy. For these reasons, we decided to treat our grill to a Total Grill Cleaning. The experience was super easy, quick, and worth every penny!

They worked with my odd schedule well got here on time and got to work. Roberto did a excellent project explaining to me, and giving his own advice/opinions on what to get/use on my carpet. He was nice, informative, and efficient. I will use this company and Roberto again.

my interactions with the folks over the phone and douglas, who arrived at my property in stoneham, were pleasant. the cost for cleaning a minimally used king-sized mattress and a small carpet was amazing. if i have any more carpet cleaning or disinfection needs, they will be my first choice to call.
