Superb customer service! Douglas from Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning did an exceptional job cleaning my carpet and sectional sofa! I highly recommend them! Their quote was just under half of what I received from other companies, resulting in significant savings! Highly recommend Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning!

undoubtedly, the carpet cleaning service i employed was top-notch. the remarkable team, including douglas, did an exceptional job on both carpets and tiles. they efficiently eliminated stains that other services struggled with and their work on tile flooring was absolutely outstanding. without question, this is the best carpet cleaning experience i've ever had in stoneham.

The entire process with Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning was truly exceptional, from scheduling the appointment over the phone to having Douglas visit Stoneham to perform the carpet cleaning service. The follow-up call post-service was a considerate touch too. This is a phenomenal company I've employed on several occasions for carpet cleaning tasks.

douglas did a fantastic job on my large, off-white sectional carpet. it now looks as good as new thanks to superb stoneham carpet cleaning. throughout the process, douglas stayed in touch with me and explained how to take care of the carpet afterwards. the management team also followed up after the job was completed to ensure everything had gone well. i highly recommend superb stoneham carpet cleaning for all your carpet cleaning needs in stoneham!

Douglas did a fantastic job on our carpet! He was meticulous and seemed genuinely invested in delivering high-quality results. He even went above and beyond, moving furniture without needing to be asked. His integrity was evident throughout the process. We were delighted with the service provided by Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning in Stoneham.

I have been using Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning for about 10 years, and they are simply amazing. Their team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The staff in the office, like Douglas, is always friendly and courteous whenever I reach out. I usually request 'my boys,' as I call them, Douglas and another team member because they make a great pair. They arrive, assess the situation, and get right to work. They maintain a warm and friendly demeanor while being very professional. No challenge is too big for them, and they've always found a solution for any issue I thought was impossible. I've even had the owner come to my home, and he works alongside his team. Every job they do is excellent. I always have them clean and apply fibershield to my carpets, couches, rugs, and all my furniture. The fibershield adds an extra layer of protection against spills on my furniture or rugs, and they even show you how to handle small stains if needed. If I ever face a tough stain, like red wine on silk, I know to contact them immediately, and they will work their magic to come out that day or the next. They service a large area, and I have recommended them to friends who have been thrilled with their results. Whenever I have had a spill or an issue with my dog, the team is always there to help, making every effort to come out the same day or the next. They are a fantastic company all around!

Douglas was incredibly proficient and took the time to explain the various aspects of the carpet cleaning process he was about to perform for us. Our carpet, which was over 30 years old and had never been professionally cleaned, was revitalized to nearly new status, except for a few stubborn stains. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome from the carpet cleaning service in Stoneham.

Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning provided an exceptional service. They efficiently removed a stubborn stain from my Persian carpet. Their pricing is reasonable and they even offer free pickup and delivery from your home. Douglas did an incredible job. The services offered in Stoneham by Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning are of the highest quality.

first off, i want to thank douglas for doing such a great job! i have a daycare at my house in stoneham and there were stains all over the carpets from milk, juice, and more. i used to feel embarrassed whenever parents or friends came by. we almost decided to take out all the carpets and just have bare floors. douglas really made a difference. we don’t have a lot of extra money, but the carpet cleaning was worth every penny. if i ever need my carpets cleaned again, i would definitely go with superb stoneham carpet cleaning! the work was amazing!

I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience with Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning. I requested their services for cleaning of my carpets, and the results were impressive. Douglas, the technician, was outstanding and managed to complete the job single-handedly. His performance more than made up for a less than satisfactory experience I had the previous day with a different cleaning service. Douglas is truly exceptional! I couldn't be happier with the service I received in Stoneham.

douglas arrived almost on time, even though there was some traffic. he was very friendly, looked over the carpet areas we needed cleaned, and started working right away. our big carpet space was cleaned really well and quickly. some tough stains from pets and dirty shoes were removed completely, even when douglas had to clean the shoe marks a few times. before leaving, he made sure we were happy with everything. we will definitely use this carpet cleaning service again. douglas also let us know they can clean tile if we ever need that.

i had an amazing experience with douglas at superb stoneham carpet cleaning. he did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets in a house we recently bought. he identified a few trouble spots and assured us that he would gladly come back if his cleaning didn’t fully eliminate the stains. he also offered us a very reasonable price for paying him directly instead of going through groupon, since most companies only get a small portion of the payment. he even sent us a thank-you postcard in the mail for our business. i will definitely choose this service again in the future and highly recommend it!

With two kids at home during the pandemic, our rug began to have a strong odor. I tried various products from online stores, but nothing worked. Then I discovered Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning on YouTube. Their cleaning system is effective; the smell is completely gone, and the colors of the rug look brighter. I really appreciated the videos showcasing the cleaning process, which showed how much they care about rugs. Douglas also shared daily maintenance tips and cleaning methods that will be useful for years. Their service was truly wonderful!

After looking up various options online, I discovered Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning for cleaning my oriental carpets. As we were in the process of moving, it seemed like an excellent time to get them cleaned. I had four rugs cleaned, three of which came out very nicely. However, one rug did not meet my expectations. Without delay, Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning addressed my concern. They promptly collected the rug and returned it within a week. Douglas, who handled the collection and delivery of the fourth rug, was incredibly courteous, professional, and patient. He took the time to carefully examine the rug. The rug, after the second cleaning, looked fantastic. I was so impressed that I've decided to entrust them with a fifth rug. For anyone needing their area or hallway runner rugs cleaned, I would certainly suggest this service. They truly uphold their guarantee.

Douglas did an amazing job cleaning my area carpet. It was in rough shape, but now it looks brand new! He came to my home, inspected the carpet, and provided a quote that I found very reasonable. He also shared some interesting history about the carpet, based on the tag on the back. I had no clue it was made in Persia; I thought it was just a regular Persian rug! He took it to their warehouse since I didn't have space to open it up at my place and returned it right when he said he would. Such a friendly guy and the work was excellent!

my wife and i bought a house and the carpets were extremely dirty, especially the path from the kitchen to the bathroom and the den near the garage door. after calling around, i picked superb stoneham carpet cleaning for the job. they made scheduling easy and arrived right on time. douglas worked quickly and managed to get the carpets much cleaner, even though they were really stained. there are still some faint marks in the worst areas, but i'm very happy with how the cleaning turned out. the carpet is very light colored and honestly should be replaced, but the cleaning made a big difference. i would use their service again. when douglas finished, he had my wife walk through the house to check everything before packing up, just to make sure she was satisfied and to see if there were any spots she wanted cleaned again. he also gave helpful tips on how to handle future stains and which products are best for carpet care.

I might have shared my thoughts about this company before, but it's definitely worth mentioning again. They have been cleaning my master bedroom carpet multiple times a year for several years now and are one of the few services that will clean just one area without charging extra if you don't have carpet throughout your home. The team members are always courteous and professional. They do a fantastic job, and the owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. Their pricing is fair. I will keep using their services and recommending them in the future.

very polite, on time, and professional. i spoke to a friendly person on the phone. douglas and another worker arrived the same day i called and took care of a big red wine stain on my dining room carpet—now it's completely gone. they also removed some other dark spots that were there before i moved in. everyone will be pleased with how clean the carpet looks. before and while cleaning, they explained what they were doing and were honest about the results. price was fair. i highly recommend them for carpet cleaning.

i have used this carpet cleaning service for a long time and am always impressed with how they bring my carpets back to life. i like that douglas personally comes to the house and does the cleaning himself. he really cares about making customers happy and takes his time to make sure every part is done right. we recently put our house up for sale in stoneham and scheduled a full carpet cleaning. our carpet is pretty old, but after they finished, it looked so bright and fresh that someone even asked our real estate agent if we had just replaced it! i highly recommend their carpet cleaning because their prices are great, and if you find something cheaper, the quality probably won’t be as good. they are always on time and very professional. douglas always checks spots and high-traffic areas more than once to make sure everything is as clean as possible. when they finished, they even gave us chocolate chip cookies! this doesn’t have anything to do with the carpet cleaning, but it was a really nice surprise and the cookies were so tasty. we will definitely use them for all our carpet cleaning needs in our new place.

I previously had my carpets cleaned by a large, well-known company. I called on Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for Friday! I must admit my carpets were in pretty bad shape. With five sons, dogs, and the recent weather, they really needed some attention. However, the team came and did an amazing job! They went above and beyond by picking up items I hadn’t even considered. The service and quality are far superior to my past experiences. Plus, the price is very affordable, and I plan to make this a regular service. I highly recommend Superb Stoneham Carpet Cleaning!
