The Frontier Air crew led by Tony B are a first class operation. My situation may have been a bit unique in that I ordered my equipment directly from Alpine Home Air and had it delivered to my house. Tony was great in coordinating the movement of equipment from the curb to the installation site behind my house. For the installation everyone showed up on time and the project was finished on budget.

I had one small issue with a broken circuit breaker. Tony and the Frontier crew took care of it quickly. I consider that another strong point. If something comes up after installation, they will fix it for you fast.

Our 20 year old AC system went out and we needed to replace it. Tony and his team at Frontier Air were excellent. Competitive price, easy to work with, and got the job done quickly with high quality. I highly recommend them!

Responsive, efficient, and flexible. You don’t often see those words in a review for home contractors but these guys and Tony in particular are great to work with. Unlike the large HVAC companies around Boston, Frontier will work with you to find the right option instead of just pushing an out of the box system. Will use again for any HVAC needs in our house.

Tony and his team installed a new central AC unit for our second floor and did a phenomenal job. He is extremely responsive, reliable, and provides a level of service that is hard to find these days. Will be recommending Frontier to my friends and family in the area. Highly recommend!

And, I’ve got to say, some contractors can leave a mess behind when they’re done. Not these guys. They vacuumed up after themselves and respected my house. I very much recommend!

I recently had a heat pump installed and I am so glad I went with Frontier Air. Tony and his team are amazing! They were communicative, efficient, and fairly priced. I was working at the time of the project and was unavailable in-person but Tony kept me updated the entire time. The heat pump works as promised without any issues. I received a very quick and reasonable quote via email to replace my mini split outdoor unit that had its wiring chewed up by mice. Tony was fair and prompt in replacing the unit days later, and even went above and beyond to raise the unit and cover up openings so that the move issue wouldn’t happen again. Great experience overall

Frontier air has installed a mini split at my house. Tony was professional and very easy to work with. He offered fair pricing and answered all my questions along the way! His team members were great too and they cleaned up well after the job. Definitely will use them in future.

Frontier installed an outdoor Mitsubishi unit, along with two indoor units, in home improvement project. I wanted the exterior piping hidden, which required more thought and work. The work was done quickly, very cleanly, and for a reasonable price.

One of the indoor units was the wrong model, but Tony (the owner) spoke to me on the phone and reassured me it would be no issue to replace. Someone on his team returned not long after we spoke, and took care of it.

We have an amazing experience with Tony and his team installing our Minisplit heat pump. From the very beginning Tony was very responsive, professional and respectful. He provided details of the project with a fair price. The crew were exceptionally punctual, respectful and top quality work. We made requests to make the tubing/wiring more aesthetic and the team put time and effort to satisfy our needs. We had estimates from few other contractors but decided to go with Frontier because of Tony and his teams' honesty and professionalism. They never tried to upsell anything to us. We are very happy with the installation work and highly recommend Tony and his team.

Frontier Air is the kind of company every homeowner hopes to find in every trade, but rarely does. I needed a rather complicated install for a brand-new 4 ton ducted heat pump that just hit the market. They were done in two days, working late on a Friday to make it happen - just awesome. Communication with Tony was easy and responsive. The crew was friendly and neat (we had other renovation work going on, our place was a mess and they STILL put cardboard and plastic down and swept up after themselves) - absolute gentlemen. I hope to be all done with HVAC for quite awhile, but if I need something, these are the folks I am calling.

I started my heat pump project with multiple quotes and Tony from Frontier Air was by far the most affordable. Tony was very helpful throughout the application process and answered emails within hours.

We started the project and took about 8 working days to finish; we did the ducted option. Tony's crew were very respectful and clean during the whole installation. Tony and his crew consulted me throughout the process and gave me options and recommendations for each vent location and vent routing options. During the final walk through i noticed they had cleaned up all the contruction debris and the pipes/wires inside and outside the house were very well organized.

Tony and his crew provide fantastic service at an unbeatable price.Excellent communication throughout the process - from the initial contact and visit, quote, scheduling the installation, and follow-up inspection and paperwork. I had a 4T, 7-head mini-split system installed, and Frontier had a far quicker response time and much lower price than the other 5-6 larger outfits that I talked to. Work was completed on schedule, as scheduled. Highly recommended!

Tony and his team replaced my 18 year old gas furnace and AC unit with new more efficient models. From the start Tony was excellent - he was the first of many teams that came out and give me an estimate, and was easy to reach over text. Frontier Air also had the best price for the install, and was able to tackle the work very quickly. We've now had the new units for about 10 days, and are very happy with the work so far - everything works, and the crew did a great job making sure the basement and backyard were clean afterwards.

I would definitely use Frontier Air again - I'm planning on having Tony's team come out and do the regular maintenance of our systems.

Tony saved us on the hottest day in MA. Our AC broke down when it’s 90F outside. Tony showed up on the same day and I can tell he’s been working the whole day. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the part with a reasonable price. He also did checks to make sure it’s all working properly and did not suggest additional services like some other companies do. He is very skilled and responsible. Thank you Tony!

Frontier installed a 4-ton compressor, with 5 indoor heads, at our Malden home. The process was simple/straightforward. I never felt like I was being overcharged or misled. Installation was smooth. My experience with Frontier Air was excellent. Tony repaired the 40+ year old gas furnace in my house. He also made an estimate to replace it with a high efficiency model, giving me a number of options to choose from. Tony's offers were better than the prices quoted by other companies, so I decided to go ahead. He installed the new furnace on the scheduled day and registered its warranty with the manufacturer.
