He's skilled, communicative, and punctual.. He transported my 80 Lbs monster of an AC from a nearby spot then carried it up 5 flights of stairs without any help.. The install was quick but it was clearly due to his experience and not at all to cutting corners.. I'm very much impressed! S & Q HVAC Solutions - 5 stars from me!

We liked how well they communicated and how well they did their job when they replaced our system. Overall, it was a great experience.

Joe is friendly and professional. All the while he installed the new shower attachments in a neat and efficient manner. I would reccomend silco plumbing to anyone.

This is not your friendly neighborhood plumber, where they would charge you based on how severe your problem is, and maybe take a little bit off it you help them do the job. $150 minimum charge no matter how small the problem. Buyer beware. I would only contact them with an extreme problem. I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp.

Joe did fantastic work for us, including upsizing pipes to 3/4”, installing quarter turn valves, replacing a faucet, fixing a shower valve, and more.

Last used in May of last year and had no problem As a pre-existing customer who paid his bill immediately am irked at how treated this time. I needed a plumber with a helper to disconnect and re-connect my gas stove as having a floor installation Called timeley and set dates and time and coordinated with floor installer. The day before the service was required received a call that could not do the job. as did not have the help. Gave no recommendations or referrals to another plumbing service to help rectify the problem and called late morning to advise This is not a good business practice Would never recommend them as reliable \ I had to call several companies and Heretage Plumbing came through Silco lost over a $1000.00 on this call alone and future calls by me if could put 0 stars would

This was back in November 2015 so apologize for the delay. We were extremely pleased! Joe was very particular treating our home as his own as well as being very personable (his online photos of the pizzas he is proud of making was fun!). We were on a time crunch with our Son visiting from Florida we needed to pick up at the airport same day as installation but he and his helper for the day were so understanding, efficient and meticulous! Also we were impressed that he was in tune to new code compliance for Condos since our heater is in a closet in the Unit and highly recommended the one with an alarm to prevent any damage to leaks in Unit below us.I would highly recommend your company to anyone in need of emergency service for a water heater!
