Reviews of local pros in Stoneham, Massachusetts

Thank you! Ana was amazing. Only feedback was we were given a 2 hour time estimate and the cleaners were 35 minutes late. I would absolutely have Ana back.

My first experience with Merry Maids and I am very pleased. I am elderly and can’t do much cleaning anymore so I hired them for a deep cleaning on my first floor.

They did an excellent job. Extremely thorough and cleaned everything I had asked for. Highly recommend

So happy with the job done by Roxana. She was so thorough for my one time deep clean, it convinced me to continue with a monthly cleaning. And Margarita in the office was amazing, allowed me to text with her intermittently throughout several days, because that was more convenient for me. She answered all my questions, helped set me up with whatever discounts I could get and was just a ray of sunshine. I would highly recommend their services!

The two people that Merry Maids sent to clean my airbnb were excellent. It is important that the guest suite not only be clean but it needs to shine. I was very satisfied with the service.

I have had Merry maids clean my house twice so far and I am very pleased with the results. I like how I can book them for just once a Month or more if needed. Margarita is very professional and provides good customer service.

I just had Merry maids for the first time ever they cleaned my apartment and what amazing job they did with multiple rooms I am very pleased and the price was great also

I used the local Merry Maids team (near Medford MA) to provide a post move out cleaning of my apartment. The quoting and scheduling took place online (via email) and the scheduling was flexible. The team was even able to work independently with a key. They provided post service photos so I was able to confidently see that they did an excellent job!

We’ve used Merry Maids a couple times now to clean our house and we’ve recently set up monthly cleanings as we have our first baby on the way. They always take extra care with our house and it’s always so amazing coming home after they’ve cleaned to see how good of a job they’ve done and all the work they put in on the little details! They take the time & care to make sure our house is looking fantastic so when we come home from work we can just relax. Which is much appreciated at 8 months pregnant!!

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism provided by Merry Maids. Ana and her team were awesome! Super friendly, super thorough and SUPER CLEAN!! I highly recommend Merry Maids and I will definitely be requiring their services in the future. TOP NOTCH!

Merry maids was so wonderful to work with. I appreciate everything they helped me do! My dad’s apartment wasn’t in the best condition and they tried so hard and did such a wonderful job! We will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you so much yanibel and sharyck

Had a deep clean done by Merry Maids (Roxana), amazing work. Everything was done in such a fast and efficient manner! My personal items were arranged, my kitchen and bathroom are pristine! Definitely going to boom again

Ana and her team are a God send! Between a full time job and housework, I was overwhelmed with keeping it all up. I finally decided to give Merry Maids a try. Now, every Friday when I return home from work, my house spells clean and looks amazing. When they are done, Ana even opens the door to the room I lock my cat in (so she won’t escape while they are cleaning) so that she isn’t trapped in there all day! 🥰 If you are on the fence about getting a cleaning service, give Merry Maids a try. It’s the best gift you can give yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Roxana and crew do an awesome job! Always know I will be coming home to a clean house! Exceptional communication/customer service as well. Margarita is always quick to respond to texts and get a cleaning scheduled at your convenience.

We love our Merry Maid team! They are reliable thorough when they’re cleaning and customize our needs. We do not like harsh chemicals and they are very accommodating to use products that we provide. I would highly recommend them if you were looking for a cleaning service!

This Donkey above me with the "Poor to Fair" has no idea what hes talkin about. I had work done, a lot of work done in my yard from trees to be takin' down, to having an irrigation system put in. All his workers are polite, safe, and most of all, get the job done right, and quick!!! If there was an option to add another "star". I would.

Steve and the team installed an island in my front yard. The team was professional and fast. After the project was completed Steve sent a representative to check on the work to ensure the plants I had installed were thriving. The team was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, I will be using Boston Landscape Co. for any future projects I have in my house.

Paid him for a job he ran away with my money and never picked up the phone. Always insisted on getting paid before any work was completed. His go to line is I need more money or I’m not coming when he already has half your deposit. Constant treats is not showing up till you pay and when I didn’t want to pay until work was complete he just took my money

Honest work at an honest price

This is an excellent company, worthy of trust!

Great work ethic and attentive to details all around!

Great Product, Great Experience but ESPEICALLY Great Communication throughout the entire process!
