    After some initial research, we contacted Best Clean to clean two of our carpets in January of 2021. For the first visit/consultation, a worker stopped by to assess the work to be completed. The next weekend someone else was dispatched to start the work. He came by, but unfortunately, instead of cleaning the carpet, he totally ruined it. Clearly, he was inexperienced and spent a good amount of time on the phone with his supervisor to guide him through the cleaning process. At the end of the day, the carpets were left in a poorer and more stained condition than when he had started. Upon leaving, he didn’t give us any information on how best to dry the carpets. We had to call them again as we noticed the carpets were starting to smell and remained wet. The information we received did not help, the formerly grey carpet remained a urine yellow. They did come back (this time there were two of them) to try and clean but realized they hadn’t brought the right equipment and took to carpet to their shop. The stains remained, the carpet is ruined. We did get our money back plus a fraction of what the carpet had originally cost, but we would not recommend this company, not matter how often they apologized.
