I’ve had better experience with other tree companies. Left dents in my paved driveway from crane legs which I didn’t notice until a few days later. Also charged me extra for work that I reasonably thought was included in original estimate.

Contacted Jonathan via their website and he came a few days later and gave me a quote for some tree work. All of the communication was over email.
I asked him some follow up questions over email and then he simply disappeared. Not returning my emails at all. Called his office and asked for him to call me back but never got a response from him.
My impression is very negative, and I wouldn't want to do business with this guy.

All you had to do is reply "I will not go lower than the quoted price" and that would have been the end of it. In my opinion, ghosting is not the way of becoming a respected business.

Highly recommend Bransfield Tree Company. They worked for our condominium in November 2019, pruning and treating trees with a growth regulator. The company has all necessarily equipment and professional staff to do works. Very responsive to last minute requests, prices are reasonable for the high quality works. Will work with them again when needed.

Jonathan Bransfield, his brother Mike and their dedicated team of workers are the real deal. Punctual, professional, and experts at what they do, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the work they did for us. Jonathan came to our home and discussed what we were thinking of doing and provided a very reasonable quote for the amount of work that was to be done. Showing up on-time and diligently working over the course of three days, they brought down over 25 tress, removed 10 stumps/root systems, and shaved down the rest on-time and within budget. They also took down a few more tress we did not discuss during the initial consult and did not charge me. They took care not to damage our driveway or patio by laying down wood and each day when their work was done, they cleaned the area well leaving no mess behind. When they were done with their work, they filled all of the holes and even helped with some of the grading which is technically the job of the landscape company. On the last day before they left, they swept up all of the dust and dirt that was created by the work and left the property better than they found it. I cannot recommend Bransfield Tree Company enough -- look no further!

The fellows were working elsewhere on my street today. I asked the if they could evaluate a large broken branch of a sugar maple that had come down in a windstorm. It was leaning on the tree, on a steep incline. They gave me a fair price, took it down, cleaned up so you'd never know it happened. Presentable people- you wouldn't mind having them around your family. They did a great job.

My family used Bransfield at our family home. Jonathan planted a bunch of trees that had issue after issue (disease etc). He made promises of replacements and then refused to follow through saying our job had already "cost him too much money" even though the issues were not user caused. He couldn't be bothered to follow through on his end and backed out on his commitments. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

We just moved to a new house and reached out to Jonathan for a consult on some apple trees in the property. He was very knowledgeable and generous with his time, touring the property and giving some great advice on short and long term options for not just the apple trees but other species and opportunities to plant new ones. We didn’t end up needing any immediate work, but he will be my first call when we do!

We had a very positive experience with Bransfield Tree and highly recommend their services. We recently engaged in a full redesign of our property which is heavily wooded and edges against wetlands. Jonathan was quite knowledgeable about the landscape and provided excellent counsel on how to approach tree removal and pruning thoughtfully. We engaged in a full day of work and realized upon completion that we were going to need a second day of work- the team was amenable and Jonathan immediately came back out to help us requote the job. The entire team was patient with us and professional.

I had tree work done Luis owner of Tico tree service was amazing , and very fair priced vs using the larger companies i priced out. I would highly recommend .
