Reviews of local pros in Sturbridge, Massachusetts

Julie explained exactly how to measure my carpets on the telephone and when Keith arrived the quote was pretty darn close after he measured! Very professional, and the carpets in our bedrooms, stairs and even a hallway that I didn’t think could ever look presentable look great after the cleaning. I’m so glad we found Alpine, very reasonably priced, save your back for another household project and give them a call!

Have used this company for 3 years. Excellent job each time. This year besides the carpet, the technician cleaned my couch and loveseat. Both came out much cleaner than they were. He was very professional and explained everything well.

Keith and Ryan from Alpine Cleaners cleaned our bedroom rugs and did an awesome job! They took their time and were very thorough and also reasonable. My husband and I are very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them!!!

I was so appreciative to receive the number for Alpine Cleaners when I frantically called Ethan Allen to ask for advice on what to do after my daughter wore super dark new jeans and the dye transferred to my relatively new light beige couch. She managed to sit on all three cushions! I knew I was in good hands when the designer said that he keeps their number handy. They were very reassuring, came within a couple of days and accommodated my work schedule, but most importantly they were able to save my couch! They work diligently, explaining the process and balancing using enhanced stain removers and protecting the fabric. I couldn't be more thrilled. I really thought that it was a lost cause. They also cleaned an old but much loved light colored chair, that came out beautifully. They managed to erase many years of abuse by kids and pets. I would give Alpine Cleaners the highest recommendation and will definitely use them again, hopefully for a less dramatic issue.

I hired Alpine Cleaners to clean my stairs, landing and office. The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and did a great job cleaning all areas. I will use their services again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Best decision was choosing Alpine Cleaners. He did a fantastic job. I was afraid the rugs were ruined but all the dirt and stains came out. Friendly, and helpful prior to coming and cleaning as well as taking the time after to check up on us to make sure nothing was missed. Next time I need them done again I am going back. I would also highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Alpine Cleaners. They did mold remediation in my house and saved my life. Keith and Ryan are good, hard-working honest people. They are dependable and trustworthy. They were very patient with me and always got me the answers to all my questions. They are knowledgeable about their craft and put me at ease with a very dire situation. They went out of their way and changed their schedule to help me out. I appreciate it very much and would hire them again for any job. I'm glad I found them. Thank you!

Adam was excellent. He listened to our needs and responded to provide information and recommendation that we found very helpful. He was attentive and very professional in how he took care to protect furnishings. Alpine Cleaners is highly recommended, they are very responsive, customer service oriented and reliable.

I’ve used Alpine Cleaners for many years. Keith always does an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They look new again. Keith and his new employee, Paris, are friendly and personable .

I'd like to call this review "My Nordstrom Experience"
I called Keith about cleaning our 13+ year old carpet. Explaining that we had 2 dogs that used this room as well as many spills from our children, and grandchildren, he assured me he could get my carpet clean. He gave me a price on the phone which I thought was great..it made the process easier for me. I really needed it cleaned for the holidays and he said he'd make it happen. We set an appointment in which he showed up on time and with the greatest attitude imaginable. My wife was home and asked lots of questions in which Keith took the time to answer them all. I know it doesn't matter to some folks but the products they use to clean are safe, soap free and green. This is huge to me because my grandchildren play on this carpet and I don't want them to be in contact with harmful chemicals.
When I came home I couldn't believe it was the same carpet. I was blown away
Finding Alpine Cleaners in a google search was the best thing that could of happened.
If anyone is hesitant about using these guys don't be. They will do it right the first time and provide an experience beyond what most business deliver.
Alpine Cleaners you are awesome!

Highly recommend for your carpet cleaning services. Keith showed up to clean our carpets on the same day, did an excellent job, super nice, transparent pricing and professional. Thank you very much.

The only company I use when I need my carpets done. One of my kids had a ferret in his room and I never thought the smell would come out. 2 hours later the entire upstairs smelled like it did when we moved in. Easy recommendation.

I highly recommend Alpine Cleaners! We hired Alpine to clean the grout for a large tiled area of our home and to clean a sectional sofa and area rug affected by pet stains. The results were AMAZING! Our fabrics look and smell like new and the tile floor is finally even and bright! We tried every household cleaner on our floor since purchasing our home and were never able to get the results that Alpine achieved. Keith and Ryan were courteous and professional and I was completely comfortable having them working in my home. Every aspect of the service from initial quote thru final cleanup went smoothly and exactly as they described. We will definitely call Alpine again for any of our cleaning needs!

Paris did an excellent job! He and Keith came together to look at my carpets and give me a quote. They were on time, explained the process in detail, they were courteous, hard working and thorough. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning service!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Alpine! They came in, explained everything that they were going to do and why it needed to be done, gave me a fair price and completed the cleaning of my sectional and 2 rugs in less than 2 hours! When they were done, they went above and beyond to explain how I can maintain my items and the products and steps I can take if there is a major spill. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and fair. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them without hesitation.

Alpine Cleaners was outstanding in the removal of pet stains and odors and carpet cleaning of one of our apartments. Keith and Adam are highly competent, experienced , professional and courteous. I am extremely pleased with their services and will definitely use them again.

Professional and courteous. Keith was quick to respond to my message and explained the process in depth and was able to schedule me for the next day. Paris was on time and quickly worked through our furniture. He did wonders to our ottoman that has been taking abuse from our four dogs for years and now looks brand new again!!

Alpine cleaners was a referral from my Neighbor. I had them come back to clean my Love seat and ottoman for a Spring clean this year. I had reviewed the company to discover they used natural cleaning products. This was a must for me.
The owner Keith is very professional and gave a description of his company's method of green cleaning ,how they price the job and what the cost would be to clean them.
Paris came to my home and explained the 3 step process of how he would be cleaning my furniture.
He was superior in professionalism and his work! The cleaning process all done by hand. No odors or chemical smell.
Dry time in a few hours. I continue to highly recommend Alpine!!

When we got our new home, we knew we needed to get the carpets cleaned to make the home ours. I made one call and immediately knew Alpine was who I would use. Their staff was professional on the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable but did not try to upsell. Their prices were clearly posted on their site, and there were no hidden fees. Always a pleasure to do business with a company this well-run and operated. 100% will use them again and recommend them to any who ask.

Paris came to our house and cleaned our carpets. They have never looked this good. Thank you for the wonderful job.

The technician who performed the work was suburb. Not only was he professional in doing his work, but he also listened to my concerns and was very accommodating to what I suggested.
