I needed to replace a 240 volt outlet in my kitchen. Cue Sturbridge Electric. He was great to work with, finished the job quickly and for a great price. 10/10 would recommend hiring Sturbridge Electric.

Oh, and I HAVE referred folks to him and they ALSO had a great experience!

My Landlady needed to have immediate work done on old wiring...old breakers...even work a a few ceiling lights in my apartment. She called I believe, seven electricians. Only two returned her call. Joe was one of them.
Joe Delaney is professional, letting me know what he was doing and why. I'm just the tenant...but it was important I understood. He was on time for the job, which took three days. Respectful of my residence...and had his own vacuum to clean up.
I can't talk about pricing, I'm not involved in that part....Highly recommended.

Very helpful, they went above and beyond to get me what I needed.

Salesperson was rude and condescending. Plenty of other places to get plumbing supplies without getting laughed at for asking a question.

Update: After their response to this review, I reached out to the company as they asked and never got a response. Looks like they're more interested in appearing to care about customer service than actually providing it. Bad experience from top to bottom.

Zack was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t appreciate his help more to be honest. He gave me a crash course in wiring and ac that people would pay good money for. That being said I will be attending his classes and anyone who is looking for a teacher that’s good at really explaining things Zack is the man.

After hours call...quick, efficient, explained things really well and super affordable! Other companies wanted hundreds just to walk through the door. So glad I was referred here!

A no brainer when it comes to furnace repair or replacement. I called Duke Mechanical when I was having an issue with my oil furnace and within a few hours he was at my house. He came in, diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. I will be using him from here on out. Other companies will use up multiple hours to diagnose and fix the issue to higher the cost. Duke came in, fixed it and left quickly.

Duke Mechanical is the exact reason why you need to go local with your HVAC company. Rob and his company stand by their service 1000000%. He wants your hvac to work without issue - always, and if not, he'll make it happen. These guys are the absolute best. Good LOCAL family men in the business for all the right reasons. Could not recommend more! I recommend to all my neighbors. In Sturbridge, there's only one choice -- and it's STURBRIDGE - based (so important!) Duke Mechanical. Thank you Rob for all you do!
