Great service from A&L plumbing and they seemed knowledgeable and proficient for the regular service of my oil boiler. The office did a good job of communicating that they were delayed from the last job. The team was respectful of my house and even wore boot covers to prevent tracking stuff in. I would definitely consider this business for my future service or repair needs.

Be very careful with these fine prints. I canceled their yearly service and claiming this not well worded cancellation policy they would not reimburse me for 2 two heating systems not have been serviced. So they get away with charging for services not rendered.
I had water and filter monitors installed that worked even when I switched providers and also because I made the mistake of "buying them" no reimbursement was adequately given. I will not give to many details..

Very responsive when my old furnace stopped working and was not repairable. Their employees were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I especially liked the text notifications displaying their live travel and eta (no more wondering when someone will show up).

A&L Plumbing installed 2 HVAC systems for me over the past 3 months. Paul, Shawn, Mark and Lucas were professional, knowledgable quick to respond and friendly. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed on the progress of our project. I recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

DO NOT hire these people. The office girls are very nice but overall they're thieves. They charge $315 JUST to "diagnose" the problem even though the problem that I had with my water heater, they did not diagnose it. We then called them back to see if they'll come back and they told us there was nothing they could besides installing a new tank (for $5k). I called a plumber who actually knows what he's doing and FIXED the problem for $90 less. Terrible experience, I would not recommend at all.

I don't always write reviews but was compelled to do so with A & L Plumbing. I had a leak in my kitchen faucet. It started leaking even when the faucet was off. A & L answered my call, sent someone out, they sent me a text that allowed me to track where the technician was and when he would arrive. He was there within 1 hour of my initial call!! When he got there, he was professional, communicated clearly, fixed the problem and even gave me some tips on how to avoid it in the future. The price was very fair, especially when considering the excellent level of knowledge, communication and service. Do not hesitate to use them for any Plumbing, Heating or Cooling needs.

We had an emergency with our toilet. The flange was extremely old, cast iron and broken. I was able to make an appointment the same day for same day service, they were very accommodating with the booking!

Mike M was very helpful and remained patient with the disaster that was uncovered when taking the toilet off the ground. He was very friendly and did a great job installing the new flanged. I would highly recommend A&L!

I recently hired A&L plumbing to fix a plumbing issue in my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the job they did. Their service was prompt, professional, and efficient. They provided me a quote which was 1/3 of the price of a bigger plumbing company The work was completed to a high standard, and my plumbing issue was resolved effectively. Incredible staff and company! We can't thank them enough! Our furnace gave out 3 days before Christmas,staff came out that day to inspect, order new furnace next day and was able to install new furnace on Christmas Eve! Again, Thank you so A &L plumbing for delivering us heat before Christmas!!!!

Really top notch service all around. Water heater died Saturday night. Chatted with them Sunday and by Monday afternoon new one was installed. Super friendly and professional. Absolutely would recommend A&L to anyone needing service.

Mateus, of A&L Plumbing came for an installation follow up on our new heating and air conditioning system. We needed technical help with our thermostat and cell phone connection that had gone off line. Mateus was extremely knowledgeable and patient getting all of the technology connected correctly and explaining to us how to use the system. This was a very challenging and time consuming process that involved setting up a new app on my cell phone. Mateus’s determination, perseverance and expertise was greatly appreciated. He totally defines high quality service!

Buyer beware - they have changed their system which has resulted is significant price increases. A single pipe with a pinhole leak that was replaced in less than 45 mins (including the time for the initial assessment) ended up being a charge of $1400. The plumber they send to the house claims to have no ability to change the price and you can't get to anyone to talk too about it. They use to be a good firm but the way that they are being managed now means that I would not use them again or recommend them. To be clear, plumber and support staff were nice and professional, the problem appears to be with management.

A big thank you to James who was here a few times to install a new gas fireplace. He was great, very nice and professional. And was nice to our giant dog which goes a long way in our book. He completed the work today and gave us a very thorough explanation of how the fireplace works.

Outstanding experience with A&L! Needed service on my tankless hot water and heating system. Shawn provided excellent service and replaced a few necessary parts as well as provided a tune up. Moving forward all heating and hot water needs are coming to A&L.

We had A&L Plumbing replace our furnace and add a heat pump. It was a great experience from the estimate through the completion of the work. Mateus and Lucas were great - very responsive and knowledgable. Would highly recommend them for your plumbing and heating needs!

Called A&L plumbing early Friday morning to replace 3 outside exhaust vent covers that had blown off from a storm. The next day was forecasting all day rain. To my surprise, they replaced everything by Friday afternoon! Highly recommended, great service!!

We've used A&L a couple of times for our annual system tune-ups and have been very happy with how professional they are. They are easy to schedule with and they aren't pushy with sales, which is really nice (compared to our last company we used). Last week, we encountered an issue with our tankless water heater, as it wasn’t providing hot water. We called A&L Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Inc., and to our surprise, an appointment was scheduled right away. Tiffany was reassuring and professional, assuring us that their team would resolve our problem. The entire communication process was smooth and transparent, leaving no questions unanswered.

A few hours later, Shawn M. from A&L Plumbing arrived at our home and quickly identified and fixed the problem, which was caused by the exhaust pipe detaching due to construction work. Shawn is an incredibly pleasant person, kind smile, and impressive professional skills. He even wore protective shoe covers when entering our house, showing great attention to cleanliness—small details that really make a difference.
The appointment itself came with a flat fee of $145, with the possibility of additional charges depending on the fix. However, in our case, the company only charged us the $145 for both the visit and the repair.

A & L plumbing made an otherwise horrid experience (flooded basement!) easy. Our hot water tank leaked (poured) from the overflow pipe. The oil company that installed it was having trouble diagnosing the root cause. We called A & L, our go-to plumbers for years. Within minutes at our house, Mike knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed it same day and was able to explain the root cause in clear terms.

Great customer service, very reliable and honest. I’ve always felt like they have been fair and upfront on service.
