The ladies that clean our office (team 3) do an amazing job. Besides their excellent cleaning skills, they are always upbeat & very professional.

Consistant, timely cleaning. Without Molly Maid we would never be able to keep up with the chores on top of struggling to declutter and deal with our health issues. Molly Maid allows us to live with dignity in a clean home despite all this and I can't tell you how much that means to us!!

I am using Molly Maid and received my usual bi-weekly cleaning today...
Team 4 Dayzia and Alyssa did an excellent job! I have to work from home and my pups were there too and they were super friendly to me and my dogs and they did an excellent job!! They worked really hard and cleaned my house completely! It is spotless!

0 stars. I had an awful experience with them. The showed up and didn’t clean. Supposed to have a deep clean done and owner said he would waive the cost. He did not waive it and the did not clean! Bathrooms were still dirty, dust still everywhere. I think the only thing they did was a quick vacuum. They are also still trying to charge me for a service I did not receive after sending multiple pictures of the dirt left behind. I give them 0 stars as they did not provide the service they are trying to charge me for!

My Molly Made was on time and did a great job of cleaning my desk top carpet bathroom and kitchen. I have cats so cleaning up after them was a choir for me that they did a great job with that
The second time they did not call when they were on there way. They did not clean the stove or the inside of medicine closet. The price was steep for a 500 square foot apartment. I would not recommend a deep clean appointment

Team Camilla and Caitlin are great. They are prompt, reliable, professional, and responsible. They come to my house every time with a smile on their faces and a warm greeting!

The three ladies that came in were so friendly and accommodating to my requests. They cleaned everything I asked and did an excellent job. I highly recommend!

We have been using this place for almost a year and we have team for Camilla and Caitlyn are great they always show up. There’s never any issues couldn’t ask for a better company. We have five large dogs three Rottweilers, a cane Corso and a pitbull on top of a cat and we have a good time with our friends dealing with them, but these cleaning ladies are great and never have issues with our guys definitely a great place if you have animals and want your house cleaned and not worry about it

Team 4 (Caitlin and Camilla) have been to my home 3 times now, I believe. They are both pretty new to the company. But, I believe they have excelled each new week they are here. They are a little ‘silly’ when first arriving, and then all business, when they get started. Just how I like it. I am comfortable with them and they with me. I now know I can trust them to do the job to my satisfaction, and trust them with everything in my beautiful lakefront home!Everything from top to bottom is spotless. I LOVE coming back into my home after they have left. It’s really hard for me to find something ‘not clean’.

I desperately wanted to hire a cleaning service and saw a lot of people in my town recommending Molly Maid. I reached out and scheduled a walkthrough and everyone in the office was very nice. I just had my first cleaning and Mckayla and Melissa did a fantastic job. My house looks amazing, and they organized my little coffee bar area and it looks so much nicer now. I totally recommend because my experience has been great.

I just had my house cleaned a few days ago, and hiring Molly Maid was such a great decision. The customer service from the office staff (Koryna) was amazing, and the job the cleaners did was outstanding. The entire process was very smooth, and I’m thrilled with the results. Now I can spend my vacation relaxing instead of scrubbing my house.

Amazing services. The 3 on team 4 are all sweeter than pie with great attitudes who cleaned our new house top to bottom in very little time without any corners cut. House looks great and will definitely be using them again!
