My experience with Camilla, Caitlin and Sydney of team four from Molly Maid of Southeastern Worcester County was amazing. Over a two day period they cleaned every room to perfection. I was impressed and would recommend them highly.

Just had my first cleaning with Molly Maids. I have to say I am blown away with the work they've done. I had avoided having cleaners in, blaming myself, but I can say I am sorry I waited so long they have been fantastic. Team 4 has done incredible work and Im looking forward to working with them.

I was preparing for the an open house and used the service, I was quite stressed as the first visit didn’t go as expected and when I called and expressed my disappointment the owner Brett took ownership and put a plan into action to rectify it immediately. The second team that came, team 4 did a stellar job and were so kind and understanding of what I needed. I appreciate all their help!

I asked Molly Maids to maintain a kept house, team 4 and Nicole came for a first deep clean. Every room (6) and 2 bathrooms were addressed top to bottom cleaned and refreshed. I would recommend team 4 and Nicole. Friendly team and know the tasks, loved how thorough and right to task management, all business.

Team 4 is great! I have a very busy job, so it's helpful having them come once a month to do a cleaning of the high traffic areas of my house. I originally called them because I broke my foot and couldn't clean for 8 weeks. I've kept them on since then because it's a great help not having to worry about dusting and mopping myself. I had high hopes when I contacted this cleaning service, but unfortunately, my experience was terrible from start to finish.
Initially, they quoted over $500 for first time clean and $220 for regular monthly cleaning for a standard 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial home. For context, my house is regularly professionally cleaned, so I was just switching services due to scheduling conflicts with my previous cleaner. We eventually agreed on a 2-hour service for first clean with two cleaners at a reduced rate (which would mimic regular clean), focusing on specific areas: the 2.5 bathrooms, wiping down kitchen cabinets, making beds, and vacuuming. I told them windows and doors didn't need deep cleaning since those would be covered during regular maintenance visits.
The cleaners did a poor job. The bathrooms still had visible dust, streaky floors, and ring marks in the tubs. The kitchen cabinets, which were supposed to be wiped down, were left covered in dust. The floors were mopped but left with water streaks everywhere. Honestly, my house looked worse after they left than before they arrived – there were streak marks on everything from the kitchen cabinets to the stainless steel appliances.
I reached out immediately with photos, giving them the opportunity to make things right. Their response? They said they'd fix it only if I committed to ongoing service, but they refused to send anyone back to correct the subpar work they'd already done. They blaming me for limited time they had for cleaning. My issue is not areas that were not cleaned but the ones cleaned were done poorly leaving with streak mark and dust all over. They also broke faily light while vacuuming.

To make matters worse, the charge on my card declined for an unrelated reason, and now they're aggressively pursuing payment without being willing to address the quality issues. They even tried negotiating with me, asking how much I'd be willing to pay but unwilling to take responsibility of poor service provided. They continue to blame me for capped time. I am not sure how 2 hours of cleaning time for 2 cleaners (total 4 hours) is not sufficient to clean 2 and half bathrooms and kitchen, vacuuming and mop on first floor. No dusting of furnitures, windows and doors for reduced scope.

I’m so impressed with Molly Maid! The team is always professional, friendly, and thorough. They leave my home spotless and fresh every single time. It’s such a relief to know I can count on them for consistent, high-quality cleaning. Their attention to detail and care for my home truly stand out. Highly recommend their service to anyone looking for dependable and trustworthy cleaners!

Both my husband and I love Molly Maids. Well worth the money. First, we had them come in and do an event cleaning of our Kitchen, Livingroom, Hall and Bathroom. They did an amazing job. After they left, we discussed and agreed to have them come back and give us an estimate for once-a-month cleaning. The price for that was very reasonable, so we signed up. They have been back and we are VERY happy with the work they do. I must say TEAM 2, who we call the A Team are amazing.

Minardi’s lawn Care has been mowing out lawn for about a month. They do such a great job and a great price. They are fast too which is nice. Mowing, weed whacking and leaf blowing all at one time. The guys are super nice and will check with you on what you’d like. I give them 11 stars and would recommend them to all!
