great experience! they picked up three area rugs for cleaning. two friendly gentlemen arrived on time and even moved heavy furniture to roll up the rugs. they were very skilled. we requested that they hold the rugs at their warehouse since we were working on home improvements, and they happily did so at no extra charge. when we were ready, we called them, and they quickly scheduled the delivery. our 25-year-old area rugs look brand new after never being cleaned before! the cleaning was amazing. the delivery was perfect too; they put down the rugs with new under-padding and moved the furniture again. we couldn't be more pleased. 5 stars!
