Update- unfortunately Armando over promises and under delivers. He likely has so many good reviews because he will pester you for one at the very start. Beware, don’t pay for future services as he doesn’t come through and conveniently doesn’t do contracts. Even though I had him email me the plan, we still haven’t gotten our final treatment and have ask him so many times, we have just given up. We really liked Armando and his team to start but it’s been downhill since then.

We’ve hired MJL for multiple projects and landscaping. Their work is always professional and performed in a timely manner.

Most recently, they installed a new walkway from our driveway to our front door, sealed our driveway, and replaced about 120 square feet at our driveway entrance with some very nice pavers.

Prior to the driveway project they built us a new backyard patio and did a great job.

We are very happy with the results and will be hiring MJL in the future for other landscaping and/or masonry type projects. They’ve done a great job for us.
