I recently had my roof done by this company. To begin with the price was very competitive and reasonable. From beginning to end they displayed professionalism and an attention to detail. They began at about 8 am and completed work about 4 pm. The warranty on the shingles and the workmanship met my needs. They did some work that went beyond what I expected and I wasn't charged for it. The clean-up conformed to their high standards .
I had questions related to the roof underlayment and flashing around the chimney. The next day they responded to answer my questions to my complete satisfaction. The work was outstanding and I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Couldn’t be happier: my wife and I recently lucked out and had the pleasure of working with I-Con Const. Corp. after we decided to have them do a renovation project (New roof and windows, etc…) on our seaside home and we must say, they exceeded our expectations in every way. If you only knew how many companies we had provide us with insane estimates or no show appointments my wife and I are glad we decided to go with Ralph/Peter and their team at I-Con Construction.

I thought I had a roof leak in my bathroom. I called and left messages with several contractors who never returned my calls. When I called i-Con Peter answered , both him and Ralph stopped by the next day to inspect and evaluate. They said the roof was not the problem but it was the the bathroom vent cover was missing and the rain was coming in. Lucky me for an easy fix. However my chimney was in bad need of repair and of course the bathroom ceiling needed to be done. I had a written estimate emailed to me that night which I found to be acceptable and immediately got my project on their schedule. Michael who actually did the work was very efficient and did a great job. It was a pleasure working with Peter/Ralph always professional, honest friendly and available. Their work was excellent and I would use them again for sure. I highly recommend.

I am a home renovator and designer and have worked with Ralph and his company many times over the past several years. He is very conscientious not just in getting a job done, but getting a job done to my satisfaction and as a designer I can be pretty demanding. He is always responsive to my requests and questions along the way to completing a project. His most imvaluable asset to me however is that I can trust him to do what’s best for my clients.

We just had I-Con Construction do a roof at our home in Jamestown, Rhode Island. From the first meeting with Ralph to the final payment, I could not be more pleased. The crew was extremely polite, clean, and provided us with a wonderful service. I would never hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you for the great work.

What more can I say? Our (fairly complicated) roof was done in a single day at a fair price with excellent workmanship. Paul was very easy to deal with and his crew took care of every detail of installation and cleanup. I can't recommend them highly enough!

While we originally gave Icon high praise, after a few months, our vinyl started to buckle. They even vinyl end over our doorbell. We’ve tried to get these issues fixed but are getting a lot of lip service and the work keeps getting pushed back. Be very careful before you choose Icon construction.

Needed major roof repairs done due to a tree falling on the roof and I-Con Construction got it done in literally one day! Ralph and Peter are easy to communicate with,good work, good company.

They clarified the necessary repairs to ensure the warranty is not voided. The cleanup after the job was impeccable. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend!
