I contacted I Con for a free quote. But was waiting on a company to get back to me that I'd been trying to book for nearly two years. I Con's Ralph showed up within the week with a fair quote. We went with I Con, after getting the run around from the other company. They showed up within a week, Stripped the the sides within a day and prepared the surface. as soon as the weather cooperated they began to complete the job of applying the siding. They have a specialist on call for any problem that may arise. May it be electrical, carpentry, mechanical, they'll handle it. The crew were very respectful of the property and us. their clean up was meticulous. The job came out beautifully. My advise is not to waste time with companies who never call back, or make lame excuses. This company is fully insured and bonded. Very professional. I'm completely satisfied and endorse them. Seven workers, 12 hrs and a punch list that would make any general layman dizzy. They divided and conquered.
Fair pricing, quality work, clean and organized work site. Our pet shop was open regular hours without the slightest interruption.

Ralph and his crew did a great job with the new roof (no leaks during the storm the other night that I could see). They took the extra time on a Saturday to finish up a little side piece of the work too. Really good stuff.

This company is truly one of the best! Twice now I used them to fix things on my house with the roof . Ralph called me right back and the crew was there taking care if the issue in no time. After the recent wind and rain storms I realized my roof was leaking into my son’s bedroom. It happened on a holiday weekend and I was panicked because the weather was nothing but rain. I had a relative recommend ICON. I can’t say enough about the speed and detail they took in fixing my roof. The crew was right on time, thorough, professional, and even under budget. They were in constant communication with me and I’m truly in awe of how quickly the job was completed. I was sent pictures detailing the work completed. The crew was non stop from the time they arrived until they left. There was not a shingle, nail, or any other piece of debris left behind. I will not be calling anyone else in the future. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Peter & the team were great to work with. I needed a roof & chimney flashing repair on short notice. Peter made it out same day to take a look and get me a quote for two different options, and was able to get the work done the same week I signed the contract - and as I was traveling he sent photo updates throughout!

I found them to be very easy to communicate with, trustworthy, quick, and overall they did a good job for a fair price. I will definitely call them up again for future needs!

My home is an old ranch home that was built in 1947. It was in need of a major upgrade so I contacted Ralph from I-Con Construction. I received quotes to have my roof repaired and shingled with new gutters and a quote to have my home resided. I received quotes with reasonable prices so I was an all go on this project. I have to say that the workers did an A++ job on both jobs. I was very satisfied with my roof and gutters. They worked very hard and are very good at their trade. My 1947 home had some bad wood (rot) when the house was stripped down and Ralph made sure all the bad wood was removed and replaced. The new vinyl siding installed came out fantastic and the cleanup was A++. I-Con Construction cares about their customers and responds immediately with any request. Their customer service is A++. I attached a photo of my home after the work was completed. I highly recommend I-Con Construction, you will not find better customer service anywhere. Thank you Ralph for a job well done.

Earlier this spring, we hired i-Con Construction to re-side our home and repair and re-paint our ornate wood trim. We selected i-Con after consultations and proposals from five companies.

From the first meeting, Ralph stood out as extremely communicative, clear, and helpful. He consistently answered all our questions and responded to all our potential concerns quickly, thoroughly, and kindly throughout the proposal process and project itself. He was willing to talk about anything and everything at any time—I never once felt cut off or shut down bringing up anything large or small.

Weather presented some challenges at the project start, but i-Con was flexible and communicative about scheduling and clearly dedicated to completing the work to the highest standard in any weather conditions. When anything came up with the work itself, Ralph as well as Andre, the foreman, swiftly reviewed any items with us and addressed them to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work and had everything done we needed.

When considering who to undertake an enormous and costly project with, I would not think twice about working with i-Con Construction. I'm so grateful we did. From start to finish, i-Con made sure we understood everything, were satisfied with every aspect, and felt fully supported by everyone working with us.

I-Con did extensive amount of work on our house. Starting with replacing a roof that should have been replaced 10 years ago. Peter and Ralph were exceptionally responsive to getting us our quotes and scheduling the roofing job in a very short time frame.
The roofing job was done on-time and on-budget, to a high level of quality, including clean up of all debris.
As a result of the roofing job, we went back to I-Con to get a quote for siding and replacing several windows. Their quote, although not the cheapest, was very complete and we had confidence that they would do a good job.
The job was once again completed to a high quality level. The team doing the job were pleasant, considerate, and cleaned up after themselves every day. During the project, we had a few unexpected findings (damage hidden by old siding). I-Con worked with us to get the additional damage repaired in a timely fashion, at a fair price, to get the entire job done.
Upon conclusion of the job, we had a few minor issues that we needed I-Con to resolve. They responded almost immediately and worked to satisfy us and remedy the situation.
In this day and age, it was a joy to find Peter and Ralph of I-Con Construction, and their crew to do the extensive work necessary on this aging house.
The house looks great and we get compliments from all the neighbors. Thanks Peter and Ralph!

We unexpectedly had to replace our outdoor deck and partial roof. I had gotten several quotes and decided to go with I-Con. Peter was wonderful, attentive to our needs and courteous of our situation, needs and wants. Hired i-Con Construction to replace a residential rubber flat roof after reviewing several bids. They were super helpful during the quote, scheduling, and repair processes. From the removal of the existing materials, repairs, installation of the new roof, and reflashing of the chimney, everything was exceptional and for a competitive price. Would highly recommend!
