I had Mel clean my rugs and they came out Amazing. Thank God he got the pet stains and the urine out because my carpets would have cost me a fortune. No more bad odor or stains. I tried desperately to do it myself before I hired a professional. Ya right. Call Mel he will take care of you!

I had a great experience using this company for carpet cleaning at one of my office buildings and one of my rental properties. They do residential and commercial jobs so I’m glad they were able to take care of both properties even with a short notice and time frame. I thought I had to replace the whole carpet at my rental, but they left it as good as new. Eliminated odors and stains, very professional, great quality work compared to other companies I’ve used. I finally found a reliable company to count on when I need any floor cleaning services. Definitely recommend these guys 100%

I had my AC duct work cleaned today by this company. The 2 people that showed up worked very hard to do a great job. The downstairs system was relatively easy to do. However removing the vents upstairs in the ceiling was very difficult. They were very professional when they encountered problems, kept me informed, and returned the vents back to the previous state. After they left I checked out some of the lines and they were all clean, no dust and no evidence of any other particulate matter. They put down drop clothes to keep things clean and vacuumed afterwards. We were very happy with their work and would recommend them.

Just had the Steam Master clean all of my rugs for the first time and he did a great job! I will definitely have him come back 1-2x a year in the future. Very affordable and punctual. I will be recommending him to family and friends :). Also his products are all green which is a bonus.

They were very friendly and took time to explain the whole process in great details and the pros and cons. This company is unbelievable! I have 3 dogs who I thought destroyed my favorite oriental rug that was my mother's with urine and feces. The two professionals who came spent a lot of time on this rug and completely amazed me with the outcome. I had 2 other companies try last year and the difference wasn't even close! First, let me start by saying my carpets are 25 years old and really dirty. The steam master team did an absolutely amazing job. My carpets are not only clean, they look almost like they did when we had them put in. Hats off to the Father and Son team. Highly recommend. 5 Stars.

On time, friendly, and knowledgeable. There were a couple stains they couldn't get out but it's an old carpet and I am VERY pleased with how clean the room is. Saved a bunch of money vs. replacing. We're very happy we chose The Steam Master! Support local business!!!
