Mel and John are amazing! They measured the square footage of our rooms and throw rugs and provided a quote (unbelievably reasonable) before they started the work. They asked what kind of stains on certain carpets to ensure they knew what to use to get them out. Our house looks brand new! They even did our stairs and wow, what a difference. We have already been recommending them to everyone and you will do the same!

John, his Father and they're entire team over at " The Steam Master " made this entire process from start to finnish effortless!! They were completely clear, commutative, knowledgeable, on time and had zero issues answering any of my questions I had and they didn't mind explaining the details. I will continue to use them and recommend them would recommend to anyone to use they're services.

John, his father did a good job. He came and pulled the rugs up dried everything out after my water heater broke. I would use them again and recommend them to other people because they are really good amazing. They were friendly nice caring about my furniture when they moved it. And made my house smell real good again, definitely a five star team.

Called last Thursday to get a qoute. John came out the next day and took a look over the property. He gave me a price for all the carpets and 2 couches and was able to schedule me for the following Tuesday. Jon and his dad Raul came right on time and went thru the house in a very timely matter. Even did a throw rug i forgot about. They did a great job, couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

John saved my botched attempt to clean a favorite upholstered rocker. I probably used an alkali based cleaner when I shouldn't have. He didn't take long and at a reasonable price put things right. I'm ever so grateful. Kudos to Enviro Pro Clean!

I needed to have the carpets in our rental house professionally cleaned before moving. I called several places to get estimates (you know how that goes, they give you an estimate on the phone, but then show up and it always goes up because they didn’t add this or that). I used this carpet cleaning service after I saw my church's carpets and rugs beautifully cleaned. I needed to use an environmental friendly cleaner because I have a large parrot and chemicals would be harmful. Enviro Pro Clean was cordial, professional and I was very pleased. I fully recommend and endorse this company for any cleaning needs.

John is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond for his customers and although he doesn't make promises I can assure you he will try his best and get the job done. My toddler managed to open her sippy cup and pour it all over the ottoman in our living room. I tried to get the stain out myself but it just seemed to make it worse. The next morning I called this number and explained to John that I would be able to drop it off it's just going to be awhile because I have to load my two little ones into the car along with the ottoman. John actually took the time to come pick it up at our house (for any mamas out there you know this man is a godsend lol). He not only got the orange juice stain out but a few other small stains that were already there. He also dropped the ottoman back off at our house (again godsend!) Seriously this company is amazing great prices and awesome customer service can not thank you enough!

John did a wonderful job! He called me a couple days before my appointment to confirm. The day of the appointment he hit a bit of traffic and called to let me know he’d be a few minutes late. When he got there I took him in to show him the area and he was very candid with me about what needed to be done. After he finished (which took longer than expected due to the state of the carpet in the rental) I asked him if I still owed the original quoted amount (I figured it would be more due to the extra work) but he told me that we agreed on a price and he was going to stick to it! He did a fantastic job! The carpet looks brand new! He was professional, friendly and all around a great guy! I would definitely recommend to everyone!

I'll definitely use this company again, they have come to my house a couple of times now and have left the carpets looking brand new. John was polite, honest, flexible to work with and an overall good business man. There are no gimmicks here or annoying selling schemes.
