I was driving to work this morning and whoever was driving the company vehicle on route 3 North was driving so recklessly. I was using the left lane to pass (as it’s intended for) and was already going about 10 mph over speed limit but I guess that was too slow for him. He was riding my bumper so I tapped my brakes so he would back off. Instead he kept his high beams on me for MILES until I was able to move into the middle lane. Once he passed me I realized he was driving a company van and was appalled that he would act like this with the company name plastered all over the vehicle. Will definitely not be using this company when I have plumbing and heating issues since clearly they employ psychos.

Speechless!!! Quick response, no hassle, quick install. The staff who came to my house were so considerate, did the job quickly, explained how to simply operate the combi unit, and cleaned afterward. Great job guys!

So I called and asked for a quote. Never got a response. A guy shows up at 8am never confirmed a date or time. I declined because we never confirmed any service or time and you guys send a $225 invoice. What a joke of a company stop the scamming and trying to steal ppls hard earned money. Why would I pay for you to come look and pay later? Again if you need work look elsewhere these ppl are just out to take your money.
So no conformation
No follow up call
You scheduled at your convenience 8am
No recorded call.
No contract for service
But a invoice for $$$

Calling before arrival is called a courtesy call. I guess being courteous is too much of a task for this company.

Just got cut off by truck #95 in Manchester NH. Because the driver didn't want to stop at the yield sign that he had getting onto the highway off Second St. There was no one behind me, so he only had to wait a couple seconds. He then got off at exit 5, Granite St. Train your employees to be better. I had to hit my brakes so I didn't hit him.

not sure what the company does but i see their trucks all over the highways and they’re always driving like boneheads. slow in the left lane, speeding weaving the through traffic, texting and driving, more than half the time you see an esi truck they’re driving stupid. (edit: didn’t read other reviews until i posted this but obviously im not the only one seeing this pattern, do better esi)

I received a call from a very Important tenant stating that they have no A/C I call ESI office they sent out a service rep that Day I received a Quotation that night and they order the parts and fix our unit all with in (3) days I Highly Recommend them

Their car REALLY cut me off on the Longfellow Bridge.

I don't usually do this but this was pretty bad and obvious.

Pretty sure it was car 158. If their installation is anything like their driving, then yikes.

We use ESI for our commercial property HVAC needs and they have been excellent. We have contracted maintenance with them at 2 of our local properties and we are very happy with their services.

If you see one of their vans on the road, BE CAREFUL!

This morning I saw one fly past me, doing at least double the speed limit if not more. In a residential neighborhood before dawn (minutes after 6 am), you know, when school buses are out and about.

I don't think the owner wants to pay for speeding tickets on his vans!

Seems like this is not the first time so complain about their driving on the highway. On 95 this morning doing about 6570 the fast lane guy in a truck nonstop with high beams Blake and them back-and-forth and laying on his horn for a good 10 to 15 minutes straight because I wouldn’t move over when there was no space to move over. V40043 ma At about 540 this morning that’s OK my uncle is a DOT inspector I’m gonna make sure they pay a visit to that location and I also have a few contacts for OSHA so good luck. I run a few warehouses in Boston In one out of Nashua New Hampshire in Portland Maine I’ll make Sure I stop passing the word not to use this company

Great company all around. From their HVAC, Fire Protection, plumbing, & electrical. friendly staff, responsive, & attentive. Very easy to work with and work is always completed efficiently.

Great company and workmanship - I would definitely recommend them. I called their service dept. and they showed up the same day, sent a skilled technician and fixed our hvac problem. They also do a lot of design build work with in house engineering which is hard to find in New England. Highly Recommended.

Terrible impatient drivers if you see one of their vans on the road be prepared for them to cut through 2 lanes and force their way in instead of waiting patiently

Garbage service. They're quick to make appointments and quick to cancel them as well. Set up an appointment for 6/30 and then had the tech call me that he would be charging me for his travel time to the location and his time back home ontop of the obvious work that needed to be done. 225 an hour for you to drive to me and back home ? LOL. Upon incurring with my service qdvisor whom stated she never heard of that, another advisor called to let me know they will be cancelling the appointment as they are too busy. No problem, you are free to not want to service my unit as I am feee to let everyone know of the experience.
