I had a variety of trees removed around my house that provided challenges for the team. They were very responsive with questions, executed the tree removals just as planned and were very conscientious around the cleanup activities. Would highly recommend them.

We hired Chuck's Tree Service to remove a tree on our property. They did a great job, and cleaned all the debris before the left. I'll hire them again the next time I need a tree removed.

I am very happy with the work that was done at my house. It was a easy and stress free process. They were very quick to call me and set up a estimate. Eric came out and and was very helpful in setting up the price and answering any questions I had. The day they took down the trees they did a great job. They cleaned the area they worked in so well it was like they weren’t there at all.

Chuck's Tree Service did a very professional job.
There was an issue about the wording of the contract but they resolved it in my favor.

Chuck’s removed three huge trees from my yard in Billerica. Great job with minimal damage to lawn and yard. On time and super responsive. Also did stump grinding and came back to finish a missed spot with no hesitation. I would use them again and I recommend them to my friends.

I recently had 9 trees taken down on my property, 6 king pines (~80ft tall) and 3 hardwoods. Chuck gave a great quote and was very professional through the entire process. I was very impressed with how efficient him and his crew were and I could definitely tell they were very experienced in the field. Each member of his team knew exactly where to be and what they were doing. Also, his new crane was very impressive and the operator knew exactly what he was doing. I will definitely use Chuck's Tree Service again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any size or volume of trees cut down.

I contacted Chuck’s Tree Service in the early spring to arrange to have a tree removed from my front yard. I had originally contacted them in the fall of last year for an estimate, but they were extremely busy and I decided to wait for this spring to have it removed. When I called them, they were very quick to call me back to set up the removal. They told me that it may be six to eight week before they could get to me, but they were able to fit me in much sooner due to a cancelation. We arranged a date and time.

They arrived when they said they would, and immediately started setting up. It was a difficult tree to remove due to its size and location, and because there were power lines that needed to be worked around. They were able to precisely place their crane in a very tight spot with great skill. Then they started to work.

They were a well-oiled machine, with everyone doing their part, making the job go quickly and efficiently. When they were done, the whole area was cleaner than when they started.

Chuck’s Tree Service is efficient, professional, friendly, and skilled. They are reasonably priced, and what they quote you is what you pay. There were no hidden costs or fees.

After getting very poor "service" from a number of tree companies, it was great to find Chuck's Tree Service, a local company that was responsive and (rare in this day and age) affordable.
I had 3 stumps that needed to ground, as well as a hefty pile of Locust wood from a recently removed tree. I arrived home this evening and all was completed.
Chuck's was my second bid and they undercut the first by nearly 70%! Great job.

I had contacted Chuck's sometime back for a quote but had to hold off the project pending some checks with town. They followed up on the status back to me even when I forgot following up myself with town on my tree issues. As soon as I got clearance from the town, Chuck's had me scheduled right away and they arrived as promised. Entire process was seamless and they were very professional. I had 3 trees to cut (2 of them very close to power lines) and 4 more trees that are about 40 feet tall to trim. They did all the jobs perfectly well and also trimmed small branches on 2 more trees in addition. I never had to check on them at anytime while they were doing their job. Price was very reasonable and less than other quotes I had received. Great value for every dollar spent! I strongly suggest them for all kinds of tree jobs.

This guy (chuck) had someone (probably the wife) come out to take pictures of my house to have trees taken down..gave me an estimate. Too good be true. Well, ya it was. After verifying 3 times....he WOULD NOT HONOR HIS QUOTE. Three 3 verifying, gets his guys there...ready to set up...what? I cant do this? I'll be here till midnight???!!! Left..after taking a day off from work...THIS GUY SUCKS. I would not give him a minute of my time. Very intimidating little guy. Would not ever do any business with him again. So glad we didnt go with him and his snarky attitude.

I used Chuck’s Tree Service to trim some significant tree overgrowth. From the time I initially emailed to job completion was a quick 2.5 weeks! Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, professional & courteous. The job they performed was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Chuck’s!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company quoted me one price for tree work, and then at the last minute tried to double it after saying "my estimation was off". When I questioned it, the owner was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It’s clear he doesn’t know how to run a business or treat customers with respect. I would never recommend this company to anyone, save yourself the stress and find a tree service that’s honest and upfront.

Chuck’s Tree Service recently removed a large pine tree and a couple of smaller trees. Jessica was prompt and responsive with any questions we had before receiving our quote. On the day of the tree removal, the crew that arrived was professional, respectful and had an incredible attention to detail. Within a few short hours all of the trees were cut, put into the chipper and any mess was thoroughly cleaned up. 10/10

Reached out to Chuck's after a neighbor's tree fell on our property in a storm. Used their webpage form and got a prompt reply and timely evaluation/estimate. Jess from Chuck's worked with us in a difficult situation in which our neighbors were not cooperating with access to their property which would have been the best way to remove the tree. Appreciate Jess's ideas and efforts to deal with the situation. Also used Chuck's for a tree removal last year and I'm happy with those results. This is a professional company and I highly recommend.

We had 3 trees removed and they also grinded the stumps. The workers were very professional and courteous and they cleaned up every thing so perfectly. I would highly recommend this company for any tree removal services you have. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and I will definitely use them again when I need any more trees removed. The price was also very fair.
