Got several quotes. But after comparing bids and references I'm glad and satisfied with my decision to hire Frank's HVAC.

We have been customers for over 18 years. The technicians are always professional, on time and very polite. We would definitely recommend Frank's Heating to our friends and family.

Our central air stopped working in this heatwave. I called Frank's after hours and left a message. My call was returned at 7:30am the next day! Serviceman Eric was there at 1:30 and fixed the problem. I can't say enough about the response and repair work! Highly recommended!

Had a HVAC system built around a boiler, which needed to be replaced. Frank’s came over at the prescheduled time installed the new boiler and cleaned up. I would us them again for the technical competency and professionalism!

Excellent, informative service. Tech made recommendations for the "future" of my system, etc. Reasonable price for annual service. I purchased central AC system from Frank's in 1999 and it has worked very well.

Frank's Heating help me cleaned my relative new furnace recently. A lot of construction debris, dust got onto the blower and affect the balance of the motor over the time. Jason from Frank's came on time and cleaned the blower in 30 minutes. Now, the furnace is back to the normal condition. Do not hesitate to give them a call if your HVAC is not working properly.

If you have a maintenance contract, you'll need to book your inspection dates well in advance. But techs will show up on time and are efficient and friendly. If you have an emergency, as I did recently, Frank's will respond quickly.

Excellent routine maintenance. The tech (Eric) showed up during the scheduled window I was allotted.I was also very impressed with his thoughtfulness and careful attention to detail during my routine maintenance package. I bought the yearly service plan so I don't have to think or worry about it. I highly recommend this and it's at a reasonable cost too!

I woke up the other morning to no heat on our main floor! I called Frank's and put in a service request. They put me in as an emergency and said the tech would be at my home in a few hours. They sent Bobby Martineau who was absolutely wonderful! He told me I had a frozen pipe and helped us locate it to thaw it out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will make sure I call Frank's for all our HVAC needs for sure!

Frank's Heating & Air Conditioning installed the original HVAC equipment in our home back in 1998. Since then, their prompt service, reasonable pricing, and quality of work has been outstanding. Being their customer for 20 years, I can vouch for their professionalism, knowledge of local building codes, and technical knowledge.

My heat stopped working this past week (it's winter time, so it has been cold). I was traveling for work all week and came home to a frigid house. I called Frank's and they came out the same day and fixed the problem on the spot. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend going with them for your HVAC needs.

Heat went out today on thanksgiving day, not sure why. Gave them an emergency call: had someone out within an hour even on Thanksgiving day! Can’t describe the relief I feel using Frank’s heating. Was definitely worth extending my warranty.

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with Franks heating. Installed a whole new energy efficient system including central AC. They were thorough, knowledgeable, accommodating and they left my basement CLEAN of debris not to mention their attention to detail with the electrician issues and thermostat. Junior and James thank you so much for everything you did! Visually pleasing and clearly defined apparatus along with a verbally detailed explanation of what changed and how it works! Can't ask for much more than that and so happy with the whole experience!

As I called Frank’s about no heat they were sympathetic to my situation. They were booked but squeezed me in and got there part of the job done promptly. Of course then I needed an electrician as an animal must have chewed a word in the attic. Got that taken care of an I now have heat. Franks have been great when ever I had an issue. They even came the morning of Veterans Day to do a yearly service and cleaning. That meant a lot since I as m a Veteran!

I have been a customer of Franks Heating & Air Conditioning Service for over 15 years. In the last 2 years I had them come to my house and set up air condition units (Mitsubishi). The units work great, I was able to get rid of the big bulky AC's in my windows and most of all, the cost was very reasonable. I also want to mention that everyone we dealt with, from the salesman, to the installers and the electricians they sent out, were very knowledgeable, polite and very efficient.

Just had my AC compressor and coil replaced by Frank's. Junior and his team did a great job. They were efficient, knowledgable and organized. Junior did not just replace the unite, but made some changes so that the system would run more efficiently. I would definitely recommend their services!

Frank’s was recommended by our neighbors as we are new to the area and we are very happy we went with them. We have a maintenance plan with them and have had two central A/C units replaced as ours were very old. They are reasonable and the service technicians have always turned up on schedule, done a great job, answered any questions I had and were never pushy on products. Highly recommend Frank’s.

We had a new ductless split (Mitsubishi - one unit outside with 2 inside) installed in an in-law that had heat but no AC. The AC did its job well but it is also doing a great job supplementing the oil heat as well. My Mom is always cold and it added the required extra layer of heat. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the tech guys were professional and clean. They also added an Ecobee thermostat so I can control the main heat from my phone. Very cool feature!

Recently completed HVAC installation in my basement. I was satisfied with the quality of work. More importantly, a part of the completed duct work need to be raised a few inches at the time of framing and Chris, the agent who I worked with at Franks, immediately responded and scheduled a Frank’s technician to come in the next day. Frank’s pricing for HVAC is on expensive side but the quality of work is great. I will post another review after the basement is completed and the HVAC becomes fully functional to confirm that everything looks good.

Franks Heating is the place to go for all new installs and services. I could not ask for more. Jane is phenomenal on what she does over there. I recently had two brand new air handlers with duck installed to my re-modeled home and they went above, and beyond it getting this system installed. From sales to installers, to techs and administrators they know what they are doing. Thumbs up!! I also have recommend them to all my family and friends.

Franks installed and now maintains our central AC. When we had an issue, which was covered under warranty, their response was excellent. We have a Preventive Maintenance service every year. The technicians have been beyond helpful, thorough and friendly. My wife and I would 100% recommend Frank's Heating and Air Conditioning service!
