I had 3 split AC systems installed in my home by Frank's. Mike was responsive and quick with the quote, even in these crazy busy COVID times. The two gentlemen that showed up to install were hardworking, professional, and very skilled. A couple years ago Frank's replaced my boiler as well and the job was equally as good. The company has been around for many, many years because they provide stellar service.

This was the first time I used Frank's Heating & Air Conditioning, and I was very impressed.
My central air was blowing warm air, and with the humidity, it was very uncomfortable inside my house.
I called Frank's and they were able to send a technician the next day.
My AC condenser is very old, and original to my home (it came with the house) and I was certain my compressor was shot.
Tanner the technician arrived and to our shared shock, only the capacitor was blown.
He was able to replace the capacitor and run all the necessary diagnostic tests, and soon it was up an running again.
Truly professional and knowledgeable, he was able to explain some of the limitations of my older system, when it comes to repair.
I really appreciated his work and professional manner.
I would strongly recommend Frank's to anyone.

We had Frank's install a complete, new heating and air system. The install team was professional, knowledgeable and made this a seamless transition for us. I also want to give a shout out to Ivan who came to our house to fix something after the fact and did a fabulous job! Both times the teams completely cleaned up-you couldn't even tell they had been there. Amazing! We are very satisfied so far. We had previously had Franks for several years doing maintenance on our system. We would highly recommend!

I had a service call, annual check on my heating system and the service technician who came here, Craig was his name, did a terrific job and explained everything he was doing. He did thing more service than I experience I the 14 years we lived here. Very experience and very knowledgeable. Very happy!

Called franks for my elderly father in laws central ac unit not running. They came out within a day and had his system running great! I was concerned about the age of the unit and made them aware yet all they did was repair it instead of trying to sell him a new unit. Appreciate the honesty and transparency will be using you exclusively moving forward. Thanks!

Greg was an exemplary technician and instructor. He talked through each step in the maintenance procedure with his apprentice explaining not only what he was doing but why. He asked the apprentice questions along the way to be sure the apprentice got a complete understanding.
I actually complimented him and told the apprentice that he is lucky to be with Greg.

Frank's installed a new heat and air conditioning unit and did a fantastic job. The installers were professional, friendly, and great to talk to. They arrived on time, and when the work was complete, they left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend Frank's for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Of the 4 quotes, only Tim P. Of Frank’s took the time to measure the house and size the unit to the house. All other quotes just wanted to swap the oversized unit. This was a complete AC / furnace replacement that was done professionally and in a timely manner. Another benefit to having the unit sized to the house - my electric use for the AC has been reduced . Technicians arrived as scheduled, inquired about leaky pump , analyzed problem quickly, repaired thoroughly and, best of all, provide a COST- SAVING solution. We could not have asked for a better customer experience.

I had a great experience with Frank’s Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, their communication was clear and professional. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were able to come out within the week to fix my air conditioning unit that was leaking.

Franks Heating Services are very professional, prompt, dependable and I highly recommend their services. Chang is highly skilled and reliable. Krystal has also been very helpful with scheduling and answering questions. I purchased my new HVAC system from Franks Heating 2 years ago and I am very satisfied by their excellent services.

We needed to update our heating system and add central AC. Our house is an unusual shape and maze of baseboards. We had added ductless splits to our in law previously but knew the main part of the house would benefit from more centralized AC. Frank's Heating did an excellent job creating an efficient mix of traditional heating as well as ducted and ductless heat pumps. They were in and out within a week using multiple crews with differing specialties, left no mess and, after one adjustment, we have had no issues. Definitely recommend!

Frank's is very professional courteous and reasonably priced with making you the priority. I recommend their services to anyone seeking an honest efficient and reasonable service. They really go above and beyond to meet your needs. I will never call anyone else because they deliver far beyond expectations. I can't say enough on how great this company is!!! If you are seeking a reliable service that will treat you like family look no further!!!

I was really satisfied with my experience with Frank's Heating & Air Conditioning. They were able to schedule us within a week or so. Junior and another fellow I didn't catch the name of came and did a clean, efficient job, accommodating all the tricky requirements of the job and even assisting with a few other things I had asked for. The intention was only to relocate a duct to allow for some other work, but the heat even ended up working better after they were done.

We had an issue with our furnace and had Frank's Heating out to fix the problem. They were prompt and professional but they didn't have the part we needed on the truck. However, they were able to order the part during the day and had us up and running within 8 hours of our initial call. I'd definitely recommend Frank's. I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 though because I called their emergency line early in the morning and did not receive a call back. I had to call again when the office opened and no one knew about my earlier call but they were able to get us on the schedule for that day.

Sadly disappointed in a local business. Be very cautious and make sure you get any verbal communications in writing after the initial quote to avoid any miscommunications. Their pricing is high and I am not sure the “preferred customer” plan adds any significant value to the total cost.

Two stars for providing an estimate over the phone. Thank you. Others wanted $89.00 to provide the same. Negative 3 stars for asking $589.00 to replace a simple thermostat, not a smart one. Thermostat included. I guess they do not want the business.

Nice service people. Raining heavy. They checked the inside furnace ? I needed the outside ac unit checked. Andrew said because of HIPPA rules and rain checking the. Outside unit could not be done. I definitely agreed. We decided a repeat visit to finish the job would be necessary. The office called and wanted payment on job done! I said… not done! They were pretending to be professional but at this point calling me “Miss”. I asked for her name… finally telling me it was Pam..I called her Ms. Pam. She asked for my email to send a review of work done and said another separate visit would be needed. That the technician visiting was not capable of any maintenance work or repairs. I believe the bill will be $195. He only checked the air handler

I was a long time customer of Frank's Heating since 2006 and they have in the past been good at providing quality maintenance which I had with them every year until recently. The heating system was not working and Frank's was going to take 2 days to come check it out. I understand that you are busy but to have the housing freezing for 2 days. Also, after calling another company to check, it was found the burner assembly was bad from before. I pay an annual maintenance, you would think these would be checked. I own a number of homes and always had heating companies check everything as pat of the maintenance contract.
On top of it, the lady that picked up the phone was ready to drop a long time customer and said it would be better to go with another company than them. Amazing to see a how a company would care less to keep a relationship and that a long term customer. It is ok there are lot of other heating companies around.

Furnace not blowing hot air. Tech came out spent over an hour working. Called his manager who came out. Told me I needed a new unit because exchange was cracked. Called for a second opinion. Turned out to be pressure gauge. Uner 100. In addition they have never followed up with a quote. Left the furnace apart!
