Robert Cabral, Did an Excellent job installing propane conversion kit to my new kitchen stove. He made adjustments to burners making sure all worked as designed. He is professional as well as sociable and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Very bad company. I have called them to sevice my two trane systems they installed and they refuse to come to 300 Lynn Shore Drive I paid over $6000 dollars and if they have a problem with crown n shied i should not have to suffer for it

Ryan arrived here at the time he was scheduled for and replaced our air conditioner filter and serviced the rest of the system. He did everything we needed in a very professional, clean, and pleasant manner.

Called Preferred Air in the midst of one of our heat waves and despite the fact I was a new customer, they came the next day! Great service, reasonably priced, very professional. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware!

Currently obtaining bids for replacing central ac units for my 3200sq ft home.
This company refused to provide a quote solely because I mentioned I’ve previously obtained bids.
They literally said they are “competitive but not with other bids “<~~~ what!? lol!?
I’m grateful they boldly identified themselves as predators prior to wasting anytime with them but this boldness is especially concerning for those that are not aware of the games some of these companies can play while maliciously trying to empty your life savings without any moral hesitation.

Do some homework and get some bids unless you’re the top 1% and ..well..”money ain’t a thang.”

They came out the same day for a service call on a 90 degree day and did a great job, highly recommend!

Very professional team (except their subcontractor electrician) They came did a fantastic job on our boiler system replacement.

I highly recommend Preferred Air. We had moved into a new home and our A/C was not working on the second floor when we turned it on in the summer and even though they were extremely busy they managed to find time to come by and were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. Ryan was very professional and did a great job of explaining everything along the way. Again, I would highly recommend them!
