We had Miles from Fagudes Plumbing Heating AC out to fix our AC and check thermostats.He was so professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything he was doing and why in easy terms. He was neat and wore booties to protect carpets whenever inside.I would definitely request Miles in the future because he goes above and beyond. We have also used Fagudes for large installations and all the technicians were also superb.I definitely recommend Fagundes PHAC.

They were able to come out within 24 hours of my initial call to service my tankless water heater. The tech was very professional, showed up on time, and was very easy to talk to while he was here. I would hire them again.

Steven and Bauer installed a new water heater in my home. I have never seen such a professional job. I am adding photos of what they did. Steven is an artist in plumbing and Bauer ran the ventilation. What a great Company and two Technicians are the best I have ever seen.

James did my home air-conditioner service. He did a thorough job starting at the hot air furnace coil, inspected along the two-refrigerant input/output lines and lastly the outside HVAC unit. He suggested a compressor motor startup capacitor and switch where it was 22 years old. Excellent job, very professional.

James came out to fix our AC and service the HVAC system. He was on time and able to track down the problem quickly. He kept us up to date during the process and everything worked out great. The price was reasonable for the work performed.

I had a great experience working with Fagundes Plumbing & Heating to disconnect the gas line for my pool heater. Steven and his associate were both polite, professional, and clearly took pride in their work.

What stood out most was their attention to detail. In addition to completing the job we discussed, they noticed that a clamp on a separate section of the line had failed and proactively took the time to re-secure it. That extra step gave me a lot of confidence in both the safety and overall quality of their work.

The five men that worked on trees, both trimming and removing, were an Amazing crew. They were in constant communication with each other and did an amazing job. I am extremely happy with the work that Leighton and his crew performed at my house. I had twelve huge oaks cut down VERY close to my home and barn. The crew expertly removed them all without any problems. It was a job requiring real expertise, and they delivered with flying colors. The price was very reasonable as well. Greater Boston Tree Service did a phenomenal job from start to finish. While I had trouble getting other tree services to call me back, GBTS was prompt, courteous, and on top of that, gave us the best price to take down around 30 medium-to-large trees. When it came time to do the work, Leighton and his team were incredibly punctual and efficient, showing up exactly when expected and working their tails off all day, even finishing in the dark on a few occasions. They communicated extremely well and were technically excellent felling large trees in tight areas around electric lines and our house. At the end of the project, they came back and ensured that the yard was tidy, the stumps were cut low, and that I was completely satisfied. These guys get my highest recommendation, and I will absolutely use them again when it comes time to take down more trees.

Loved these guys! Leighton and his staff came out thee day after I had him quote on my project. He removed 5 huge oaks, 2 smaller oaks, 2 small pines, 2 holly bushes, and pruned about 7 other trees. Six guys came out! They were done, cleaned up and the tress hauled away in 6 hours. Leighton came back a week later and cleaned up a little more and trimmed one more tree for free! His price is great, staff is friendly and hard working and I'm thrilled with the job.

These guys are awesome. Steve worked with me selecting the trees that i needed removed. Their very professional crew went to town on the project and did a great job. Greater Boston Tree Service solved it with a crew of excellent professionals, using a crane to remove the problem trees. Not one twig was left behind and the job was done promptly. The price was more than reasonable, especially considering the crew and equipment that was required, never mind the quality of the work that this group does.
