Reviews of local pros in Uxbridge, Massachusetts

Ryan and his team did a great job cleaning our house, shed, fence, gutters, stamped concrete patio and composite deck. Ryan was very responsive and accommodated our schedule. His pricing was fair and reasonable. We plan to use them again. We highly recommend them.

They arrived on schedule to clean our windows, including many roof windows. We were very happy with the work their crew did. They us check to make sure all windows were clean to our satisfaction and were very accommodating about redoing several. However, I was embarrassed that most of what I thought were spots they missed were dirt on the inside. With that in mind, I would recommend customers clean their windows inside before the crew comes to reduce the number of unnecessary "do-overs."

They have also followed up to say let them know if anything didn't go as we would have hoped, and they will make it right.

We are very happy with their services. We have an older home with aluminum siding and lots of oxidation. They were reasonably priced and very professional. Took their time and did a fantastic job. Our home looks great. Many thanks to a wonderful company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them..

Easy to get an estimate via their website. Prompt follow up communication and scheduling. Had them to our house within the week for power washing and gutter cleaning. Arrived when they said they would (even a bit early) and were efficient about their work and were completely quickly. Actual amount was reflective of the amount sent via estimate.

Ryan and his team were very friendly and professional. His prices were competitive and he showed up on time and ready to work. My neighbors also had Ryan and his team clean their gutters as well, and all of us were pleased with the work that was done. We will definitely be using his company again in the future!

As always, great work. This time did a soft wash of the exterior of my house and also cleaned deck and exterior entryway and all railings. House looking great as we head into warmer weather. Thanks Ryan & Team!

I am very happy with the job clear factor did on my roof. They came in the day and hour promised and were very careful with our shrubs and windows. It has been only a week and the stains are gone!
Thank you Ryan.

This is our 6th year using The Clear Factor and we have been happy with the quality of their work and reasonable prices. This year we had our cement pool deck power washed as well as our windows done. They arrive on time, are very professional and as always, we were very pleased with the outcome.

Nice job by Clearview! Provided patio, house, and fence pressure washing along with roof moss treatment. The techs showed up early and did an excellent job. They listened to all request and made sure the job looked great before leaving. Highly recommended

The staff from Clear Factor were courteous, professional and efficient from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy and met my scheduling needs. The cleaning crew showed up early and did a great job. My windows sparkle. Thank you!

The Clear Factor has done our home power washing a few times; always a great job. This time (Nov 2024), I had them clean out our (substantially overdue) gutters. They did another amazing job. Arrived on time, left everything clean, no damages to anything AND a very nice crew. I'm booking them for our spring power wash now. Highly recommend The Clear Factor.

I recently had my gutters cleaned by The Clear Factor and the experience was great! Booking the service was quick and convenient through their website. Communication pre-appointment was good, I was given reminders of my appointment time and things to do to prepare for the appointment. James arrived on time, was very friendly, completed the work promptly and did a great job. I don't have a reference point for price as this was my first time getting a cleaning, but I wasn't thrown off by the price and thought it was reasonable. I would use The Clear Factor again and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a gutter cleaning.

Our roof looks new! The roof was full of black streaks and small clumps of moss on the front where it is mostly shaded. Clear Factor was quick and efficient with the cleaning and our roof looks amazing!

Great service! House came out so clean and the gutters look brand new! Would absolutely use again.

Called to have some ice dam's taken care. The guys that came were very professional. I have a foot of ice in front of my front door and they also took care of that. Would call this company again should I have the need.

The Team that arrived to clean my gutters were friendly, and very professional. They did a great job. I highly recommend The Clear Factor.

The Clear Factor was the clear choice! They were the most reasonable priced of all of our quotes, the work Cody completed on our house was incredible! They powerwashed 3 floors of Vinyl Siding and truly made the place shine! I highly recommend The Clear Factor and if you have Cody as your washer, you are going to be impressed!
