Tenant had no heat on a Sunday with a snow storm raging. Kyle came out to repair furnace and found many parts needed upgrading. He repaired what he could and came back later to finish repairs. Heat issue was caused by jelled oil in outside tank. Repair was not inexpensive but glad they were available to come out in no heat emergency situation. Will use them again.

I have an older gas furnance and the blower motor failed. The tech they sent out was a younger person mid 20’s (sorry I forget your name). He was polite and efficient. He even put deflectors back on that I had removed trying to get the furnance to work. I paid the invoice at the end and was pleasantly surprised that it was lower than I was expecting.
I am going to have to replace the old furnance before next winter and I will be calling DOCs to do the work.

I shopped around on the purchase of dual zone Bosch Heat Pumps and when I contacted Doc's Peak HVAC, they promptly came over to quote several options that would meet my needs. Kyle was easy to work with, prompt and on schedule, clean and orderly leaving me with an excellent experience- and we have been enjoying they benefits ever since! The units are both running great and he has promptly addressed all my questions since the install. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the work, the price and how fast they were able to install our two Mitsubishi mini splits. Plus Kevin is a diamond dealer so I get an even longer warranty on the units. I highly recommend.

I want to commend Docs Peak Heating & Air Conditioning for their exceptional professionalism and expertise. After a contractor was running my oil burner system in extremely low temperatures amid ongoing remodeling—where the wall was knocked down and jackhammers were being operated right next to the system—the system was ultimately damaged. The contractor initially tried to hold me responsible for the repair costs. However, when Docs Peak Heating & Air Conditioning technician inspected the situation, they clearly informed the contractor that the system should never have been operating under those conditions. They explained that the system should have been shut off and properly drained during the remodeling work to prevent damage. Thanks to Docs Peak's intervention and clear communication, the contractor, accepted responsibility and covered the cost of repairs and service. I highly recommend Docs Peak for their knowledge, integrity, and commitment to protecting their customers.

Jose and his team created three stunning bed areas using decorative rock, which truly elevated the overall look of our yard. They also installed step stones that tie everything together perfectly, adding both function and charm.
The patio they built is absolutely incredible—it’s now our favorite place to relax and entertain. One of my favorite touches is the rose bed, which brings a vibrant and elegant feel to the space.
They also installed an irrigation system, making maintenance so much easier, and finished everything off with freshly laid sod that looks flawless.
Their attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space!

Ty did a hardscape project for me a few years back. Came out amazing, and would recommend him in a heartbeat. Most recently, Ty has taken on all of my Seasonal Cleanup and Lawn Care work as well. Most recently a spring cleanup. Can't say enough good things. If you need landscaping work done in the Blackstone Valley, Ty is your guy!

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I am not a customer but I have unfortunately seen this crew in action And I never would become a customer. Apparently they take care of the grounds at Beaumont in Westborough, the meathead using the leaf blower completely annihilated my car- from three feet away- while I was sitting in it and looking at him like "are you serious??" and there was nobody home when I made eye contact. Zero comprehension from the man with the leaf blower and I can only imagine what he would have done if I wasn't sitting inside of my car watching him be careless. If you own a car think twice about these guys.

Jose and his team did an amazing job with installing our river rock and ornamental grass / shrubs. The team of 4 professional landscapers worked very efficiently and professionally, working from early morning until sundown, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely have them come back for future projects.

Jose and his whole team did a fantastic job on our back yard project. We had a 90 ft retention wall put in, multiple trees cut down, our entire back yard leveled out, and a sprinkler system installed. His team was always on time, hard working, and cleaned up after themselves. Jose was able to get our project done in less than 3 weeks, and we were very impressed with the quality of their work. They also ended up building us a smaller rock wall that was not originally part of the plan and looks beautiful. I included a before and after picture here, but I can say that the pictures don’t do it justice.

Ty Mello and crew came today! Within 2 hours the front, side and back yard were all done! Leaves gone and a beautiful green lawn again. Very impressed with them. Came on time and did an excellent job. Would recommend them to anyone! Very reasonable!!!!!
