Kyle and his entire team did a great job of removing my old AC units and replacing with two new heat pump units along with new air handlers. A lot of work was up in attic in middles of summer and when finished they made sure everything was clean and in place. Excellent follow-up and attention to detail makes them a a great choice.

I am a new customer of Doc Peaks since last year. They have cleaned my boiler and tenant boilers in a multi that we have. They were prompt and professional. There fees are competitive. I will stay with them in the future.

Technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, presented options to repair an issue and provided information for us to consider to upgrade our 15 year old system.

After meeting with Kyle and learning how it works, it made sense for us to get a Bosch heat pump system (heating and cooling). We also opted to include an Ultra Violet air cleaner to help with our allergies. Kyle guided us through the procedures to secure a 7 year no interest loan and apply for Mass Save rebates. He even filed the warranty paperwork for us. We will also be eligible for tax rebates.

Doc's Peak Heating and Air conditioning does an excellent job for us. We even had a unique circumstance with a set of ill-mannered, ninja-level squirrels who were destroying our AC outside piping by trying to enter our house via our thankfully double-closed dryer vent. All we did was ask Doc's if they could give us a solution to the AC piping problem to protect the piping from those rude and obnoxious squirrels. Doc's creative solution for us was immediately perfect.

Kyle did a great job cleaning and maintaining our ac units. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also provided a prompt estimate on the purchase and installation of a generator. His staff called ahead of my appointment to remind me. Overall very pleased.

Woke up Monday and had no heat. Called and Kyle was here within an hour. He fixed the problem and we had heat. He also reminded me that the AC he installed a few years ago does give off heat. I told him I did that and the house was nice and warm. That being said if you are looking for the wall AC you must talk too Kyle. We have one upstairs and one downstairs and we love both of them. Call him today! By the way Debby his assistant is wonderful to work with.

My furnace stopped working a month ago on a Saturday morning just before a big snow storm and very cold temperatures were forecast. I called Kyle and he couldn’t have been nicer. I had my annual gas furnace cleaning done today by Dillon and intern Colby. Two very polite, professional, hard working young men! There isn’t enough space to list all the reasons you should use Doc’s Peak Heating & AC for all your heating and cooling needs.
I need to replace my AC unit soon. I stated my needs and wants with Dillon. Debbie called me within an hour to schedule an appointment with Kyle(owner). Kyle responded so quickly to a break I had and then scheduled in an annual service. He is personable smart, explains thoroughly and gets right to work. He knows about many manufacturers and has large and small company experience. Very grateful to have found Doc’s!

We are very happy with the service that we receive from Doc's Peak Heating. We have been using this company for many years to service both our heating and air-conditioning systems. They are always respectful and very professional, even calling when they will be a few minutes later than the scheduled time. We have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Doc's Peak Heating and Air Conditioning were amazing to do business with. We called Doc's Peak Heating and Air Conditioning because our furnace was not working. We had water on the floor and shut all valves off. My husband and I were very worried. We called and spoke with Kyle. It was 7:00 pm and he said he could be at our house in an hour. We were so please he could come right away. We would need a new core to our boiler because it cracked. We bought a Buderus boiler a little over 10 years ago because we were told it was one of the best. This should not have happened. Kyle and his team went out of there way to get new core. They had to drive about two hours away to pick it up. Glad to say furnace is repaired. We have a pellet stove to keep house warm but its so incredible to take a warm shower.
Buderus will cover some of the cost but we will not know how much until core has been sent back to Buderus dealer.
We will be on a regular maintenance program with Doc's Peak Heating and Air Conditioning. Very trustworthy and amazing service!

We had a terrific experience having Doc’s Peak Heating completing annual furnace maintenance on six units in one morning. All of our tenants expressed what a great experience they had especially with the local Blackstone Valley Technical School students they were training.
