My tenant was having an issue 2 days before Christmas and the condo manager recommended Docs Peak Heating and AC. I placed a call and got a prompt response. A technician happened to be onsite, swung by, diagnosed the issue and went to get the part and had the issue fixed in a timely way. Very impressed with the manner my unit was served. Would definitely recommend.

Doc's Peak Heating has been providing service for our hybrid mini splits & oil burner for a couple of years & I cannot speak highly enough about the good work, prompt service, cleanliness, thorough explanation of all that they do.
Last December we discovered our 19 year old boiler could not be repaired & needed to be replaced. Kyle responded promptly, gave us options, found & installed a new boiler in a short order. We were hardly inconvenienced at all although it was the middle of winter.
I have no qualms recommending Kyle Sohigian & Doc's Peak Heating & AC for all heating & air conditioning services.

Doc's Peak Heating and Air Conditioning installed 3 mini splits in our cottage. We were extremely satisfied overall. They treated us with great respect. The staff was meticulous in their work. The owner treated his employees with respect. The owner took as much time as we needed to understand the system and how to use the app. We would highly recommend the company for friends and family and would plan to use them for any future projects. In addition, the office staff was very helpful and personable. She made us feel comfortable with any questions or concerns we had.

Kyle and his team recently installed mini split units in every level of my home. Kyle and his team were not only polite and respectful, they did an amazing job with the installation and cleaning up. Kyle was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process step by step. He was also extremely responsive in his communication, both through email and text. I would highly recommend them to anyone need assistance with heating and air conditioning.

Could not be more impressed at the services I received from Doc's Peak. One of the boilers in my multi property was cracked and needed to be replaced as soon as possible before the winter comes. Called up a few companies around to see if someone could come take a look and give me a quote. None showed up and just sent me a quote that were quite pricey. Finally, contacted Doc's and Debbie called me to have Kyle came out on the same day, after hours. Kyle walked me through the details of what he is going to replace beside the boiler and also the parts he is going to leave since they can still be used. Got a quote from Kyle the next day and the price was very competitive. Upon agreement, Kyle got right to work ordering the new boiler and parts. He came with his team to install the new boiler by Friday within the same week. When I went to check it out, the place was spotless like they were never even there. Now I got a new boiler firing up, heating the unit and hot water again. If you are looking for HVAC services, I would highly recommend Doc's Peak. From professionalism to expertise in the field, Kyle will put your mind at ease. Not to mention that the competitive prices that they offer. I will be calling them for my annual services from now on.

Kyle did a great job in finding the problem with my heating system. He replaced my mercury thermostat that had finally stopped working with a digital thermostat. He very patiently answered all of my questions. The new thermostat is working great, much better than the old one.

It was very easy reach someone to make the appointment. They arrived when expected and completed the work relatively quickly at a fair price. Be advised that a surcharge based on distance from their location may be added to your final bill. Having been advised of this in advance, I was OK with it.

Kyle and his crew were excellent. They were respectful of my home and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. We hardly even knew they were working in our home until they came to show us how to use the new thermostats. I would highly recommend them as I actually had four different HVAC companies quote replacing my furnaces and Central Air units and they were by far the most economical and the equipment and installation were top notch. Don't pay more for those bigger companies just because they have to pay for more advertising and overhead. Speak with Kyle at Doc's and you will not be disappointed.

Professionalism. That describes the entire experience. It's a roll of the dice, today, to bring in a service provider, especially for a costly project. Doc's was great and I'm happy with the value I received for the price.

They just replaced our Furnace and A/C. Kyle went off the way to satisfy us in the selection of which brand to buy, explaining the pros and cons, and guiding us in the right direction. He completed the task in timely manner and left the space clean. His staff was efficient and friendly. (Even our dog likes the team 😎)

We just had excellent service from Doc's Peak. We had an issue with the A/C in our new construction home where it was cooling properly, but the humidity in the house was way too high. Builder couldn't figure it out. Doc's Peak diagnosed the problem as a faulty part, and now it no longer feels like a swamp in here. Cost also came in FAR lower than what they quoted us. Very much appreciated!

I needed yearly maintenance on heat and air conditioning units. Got an appointment right away and the technician was great. He explained all that he was going to do and was clean and neat. When my air conditioning needed a new part, he took me out and showed my the part as well as photos of what the part should look like. He gave me a quote and was able to replace the part that day. Needed help in a pinch for my commercial property when The company we typically use to not have any availability when a propane heater failed . Call the ton of companies It was a Sunday so most companies wanted the charger premium just for coming out. . Not these guys. Definitely would use them again
