Reviews of local pros in Wakefield, Massachusetts

Tim and his team have helped me get our new house up to speed with a new PVC drain stack and bathtub, not to mention servicing our inline water heater, fixing a few leaks, and some other bits I'm probably forgetting. The team is always professional, and the work is superb. The prices are fair for the quality of work you're getting - I know we couldn't be happier. Contact TJM first if you want quality plumbing work you can trust.

Great company. Came out last minute early on a Saturday morning. Replaced a broken pump for a basement bathroom. All in all it took 4 hours from me calling TJM to him packing up the van. Couldnt ask for anything faster.

Prompt reply to a same day appointment request. Craig T. was up front with a quote and got to work efficiently and had our drain unclogged quickly. Highly recommend!

TJM is a new contractor for me after many years with a competitor. Pricing was reasonable, service was first rate. Technician, Sean, was great to work with. Now I am all set for the winter.

I chose TJM over one of the reviews mentioning a creative solution by the technician...thats exactly what i needed in my case-my very old steam system was making loud clanging and none of the previous plumbers were able to fix. sure enough the technician had a solution in mind before i even asked...now a month later my heat is completely silent.

Tim and his crew are top notch! Always professional, kind, and never leave a mess. They have done several jobs for us, both big and small. Tim is always there to answer our calls and shows up promptly! Highly recommend TJM plumbing.

They arrived at 8 on the dot, were super friendly, professional and respectful. Were able to diagnosis the problem efficiently and repaired my heating system the same day. Highly recommend TJM

This Company is great. I had an emergency plumbing issue and they sent someone out right away. Craig found the issue and took care of it. I am so relieved. Will sleep well tonight.
Thanks so much. I will call these folks for any issues I have.

TJM delivers exceptional service. Dependable, professional, and the work is always done right. They are always my first call I make when I need any plumbing work.

First time using TJM and will definitely again. They bailed me out by fixing a leak in my drain. Protected everything in the area and cleaned up. Great pricing.

TJM came and replaced my water heater the same day I called. They were here within an hour, explained all my options, cleaned up and were very professional. I highly recommend and will definitely be my first call if I need any other plumbing done!
Thanks TJM Team

I called TJM plumbing after work hours for no heat and no hot water. Tim was willing to send a crew out immediately. It was not an emergency so I opted for first appointment in the morning. His crew showed up on time as agreed upon and were very professional and clean. In and out no issues. Pricing is very reasonable.

TJM Plumbing and Heating will be my got to company for plumbing and heating issues.

Repeat customer, highly recommended. I contacted TJM at 7:15 AM to have two garbage disposals replaced. Two techs arrived within a half hour and had both garbage disposals replaced by 9 AM. Always quick, reliable, and fair!

Tim, Steve and the team at TJM are incredible. Our boiler system stopped working while we were away for Christmas and New Years and we came back to a very cold house. We had to call Tim (on New Year’s Day no less because it was 14 degrees and felt like -2 ) and he answered and came right out to save our day and likely pipes from freezing. He fixed it and got our New Years going great again. Would recommend at the highest level without any hesitation to anyone with a problem that they do. Call them and be happy! 😃

We have had TJM here for multiple projects bog and small. On New Years Day, our furnace failed. Tim was out here first thing Jan 2nd, and had is up and running the following Monday. It was reassuring to know how fast Tim was able to turn this project around

Eric and Leo were phenomenal. They showed up on time, completed the job at the price quoted even though it took longer than they expected. They left everything neat and cleaned up. I started the day without plumber, but now TJM is going to be my go to! Thank you!

Tim and team came through for us in a tight time frame on short notice. They came on consecutive days to disconnect old gas dryer and reconnect the new gas dryer within an hour of delivery. There was virtually no down time for us in having a dryer to use. Timely and professional and the office team was flexible and kept us informed with the scheduled work time frame . Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Tim and his team. They were very responsive, prompt and went above and beyond the servicing of a furnace. They helped move a small sofa and install a smoke detector. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs or installations. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

We have been using TJM Plumbing for about four years. Their customer service is outstanding. We’ve had them install a new heating system, as well as a hot water system all within the last four years. They’ve always answered our questions honestly and thoughtfully, and I never feel dumb for asking them. They are fast and prompt when coming off food emergencies. And their pricing always beats the bigger companies. They always answer our questions We highly recommend their service and will not be going anywhere else for our heating and plumbing.
Mistral

I noticed a leak in my water tank the week before I was headed on vacation. I called TJM and they got me right on to their schedule. Not only did they get the job done before I left for my trip they had it done in just a few hours. A plumber came out gave a quote and within the next few days it was done. The crew was a pleasure to deal with extremely friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I can not recommend TJM enough for they are absolutely incredible.

TJM were able to come quickly, they were clear about the issue, got back to our house within 45 minutes with the parts and had it repaired quickly. Craig and his colleague were polite, kind, and wore covers on their shoes to keep the floors clean. We will definitely call them again.
