I needed to replace a toilet and hot water heater. I called a couple of plumbers without getting a return call. A friend recommended TJM Plumbing so I called them. I spoke to Tim who was knowledgeable and professional. I felt I could trust him so I made an appointment for him to come to my house. Within 30mins he recommended a new toilet/hot water heater and gave me an all in quote. Tim’s team came the next day removed the old equipment and installed the new toilet/hot water heater. They respected my house and did a great job cleaning up after they finished the job. He honored his quote and there was no surprise up charges! I highly recommend calling TJM Plumbing.

TJM has serviced my furnace for several years and they are now helping with a basement structural repair moving water and furnace lines. They've been consistently excellent in terms of service, promptness, flexibility and quality. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

This is the second time JLB Plumbing came to the rescue. I have an old house with radiators that sounded like they were about to explode. Kevin was amazing and found the problem and resolved it quickly. And on another time the hot water was suddenly boiling hot! Again Kevin found the problem and we were up and running again. I highly recommend JLB Plumbing!

JLB Plumbing came to our rescue a few days ago to correct a leakage at the bottom of both of our toilets. Kevin was awesome! He corrected the issue by doing a step that 3 other plumbers eliminated by choice or just not knowing what to do! We now have no leaking @ the bottom of the bowl and will contact JLB Plumbing for any future issues! We will ask to please send Kevin to our place! 👍

I can’t say enough about this JLB. They do a great job, even if they are not the cheapest solution. You pay for what you get and they are the best plumbing service I have seen in Reading. I called them for every single job that I have, and they always hit the nail on the head: AC service, garbage disposal installation, plumbing connections, etc. I never have to look anywhere else for my plumbing needs. They are the best and they’re the only ones I will use going forward. You should do the same.

We bought a condo in December so we just now found out how bad the AC was. JLB came out and looked over our system and the first thing he found was an extremely packed air filter. Put a new one in and what a difference. So he checked everything else and went outside as well. He didn’t try to sell me a new system. This will be fine. Very happy with the professionalism and good personality. Best of all, no hard sell for anything that didn’t need fixing.

They were great and came right away. I was referred to them by my daughter’s friend and they came right over within a half hour. Kevin is the one who came by- he was very polite and knew exactly what had to be done. The following day he came back with water heater- took out the old and installed the new one.
