Technician did a great job, pretreating, steam cleaning, and deodorizing. He was very knowledgeable of the process. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but the carpet looks nice

We had Donald. They did an amazing job for us cleaning our couch. He did a great job explaining the process and exactly what products he was using. We have a dog and needed a very deep clean and it was exactly that. Could not recommend more!
