Billy really did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. I had a situation where a renter let several candles melt into my white carpets, plus there were lots of other tough stains. We hired them for the carpet and the upholstered furniture cleaning. The technician was hardworking in trying to get out some tough carpet stains. Unfortunately, he was unable to get some of them, which he forewarned as a possibility. Honestly, I am a bit disappointed for the price. I do give them points for punctuality and effort. Thank you
