Josh was great and so helpful. He checked with me to make sure I understood the information he was conveying to me. The heat is working fine now and I have a better understanding of what can go wrong.

Zach was over today to replace my 11 year old water heating system, just because I knew it was primed to fail soon. Very knowledgable and professional , the job was done amazingly efficiently , neat and clean and other items and parts were replaced ,as part of a thorough job. Sinclair was the second company I had come out to diagnose my broken AC. They were able to quickly fit me in the schedule, diagnosed my system issue and got my AC back up and running same day. Overall great experience across the board, from the scheduling office to the field service tech. Everyone was professional & knowledgeable. I rarely write reviews and only do so when the service/company is significantly better or worse than their peers. Sinclair was significantly better than the other local HVACs companies I’ve dealt with. They will be my first call moving forward. Great job Sinclair team & keep up the good work. You have my business & I’m happy to refer you to friends & family!

Josh was very helpful and explained additional options and improved the life of my heating and water tank by making some additional adjustments and installations.I look forward to some additional quotes requested and am glad Sinclair now offers electrical service as well. Duel high efficiency heating system went Franc and his crew where right there, worked through the day to diagnose and replace system. Can’t say enough about the dedication and knowledge Franc had , if you’re looking for a heating company these are your guys!

John (the service tech) was very professional and knowledgeable. My experience could not have been better. I have two Bosch heat pumps and an oil furnace. John quickly fixed the problem that the prior installer did improperly.

This is a quality company. Quote was accurate to the work performed. Arrived on time and prepared. Completed install of a new high efficiency furnace and hot water tank the same day. Very professional plumbers on site. Very happy to give them more business.

John came out to maintain and repair our ancient heating system and did a great job. The service was prompt and extremely professional. I will be calling Sinclaire for all of our HVAC needs moving forward.

Had water show up on the ceiling and called Sinclaire. They came same day, within just hours of calling. Walked me through each step of the process and what they were doing. They were transparent from through the whole process and did great work. We found the culpreit and were able to fix it quickly.

This service was well done. They came when they said they would. When they quoted the price they stuck to it. Will was very courteous and when questioned he put everything in layman's terms. Overall I rate them a five out of five stars. And would recommend them with no problem.

Called yesterday with a drain clog issue / garbage disposal issue. Zach showed up today, solved the issue & was extremely professional and polite. Pleased with my experience, and i will call them next time i need anything. Thank you

I've used Sinclaire for both emergency and non-emergency plumbing and HVAC services since I purchased the house 6 years ago, and I purchase my heating oil from them. Not the least expensive but worth the cost. They are responsive, professional, and everyone is really nice. This is what working with a local business should feel like - I highly recommend Sinclaire.

We had a new hot water heater installed and the two crew members were outstanding. They were efficient and quite pleasant. Although Sinclaire price was somewhat higher than others, their expertise is worth the price.

Will & Corey were very friendly and professional. They were prompt and proactively kept us posted of their arrival time and took the time to explain the details of what needed to be repaired.

They were very respectful of the working space and cleaned up after the work was completed.

Have used Sinclaire for years without complaint. Had to have our thermostat replaced today after our heat stopped overnight. John Mc came out same day, was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful in selecting the right model, and made sure we were fully set before leaving. 10/10 highly recommend!

Called as had smell of gas upon initial heat coming on. They responded within hours. Had wonderful serviceman John and apprentice Sam who were knowledgeable, respectful, and explained every step of the way what they were doing. An excellent rating of customer service and repair. HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
